المستخلص: هذا البحث عبارة عن تحقيق مختصر في علم الحساب للإمام فخر الدين أبي عبد الله محمد بن الخضر بن محمد ابن تيمية (رحمه الله) (ت: 622 هـ) والمعنون بـ (المسعد لذوي الألباب في علم الحساب) ألفه (رحمه الله)؛ استجابة لرغبة طلابه المشتغلين بعلم الفرائض، في أن يصنف لهم مختصرا في علم الحساب؛ أسوة بمختصره في علم الفرائض؛ لتتم به الفائدة. وقد جعل هذا المختصر في ثلاثة أقسام؛ هي: الضرب، والقسمة، والنسبة. وكل قسم من هذه الأقسام جعل تحته أبوابا، كما هو ظاهر في ثنايا المختصر. ولجلالة مؤلفه، وعلو كعبه في العلم، رغبت في تحقيق هذا المخطوط المختصر بعد أن حصلت على نسختين خطيتين مقروءتين؛ لأسهم في نشر العلم بشكل عام، ومذهب الحنابلة بشكل خاص، بإخراج تراث علمائهم رحمهم الله.

The scholars made effort collectively and integrated it in the writing of the jurispru¬dential schools, through the reconsideration of the narrations and sayings, the study of the extraction and derivation and verification carried out by the followers, through pre¬senting them on the principles and rules of the imams, and this was performed by Imam Alaa Al-Din Al-Mardawi in many of his works, so he revised, corrected, and chose most ideal one, which qualified him to be a sheikh of school in the sight of Later jurisprudents unanimously. And his blessed efforts are displayed in his precious comments on the explanation of Imam Al-Zarkashi on the book of Al-Kharqi, he pointed to some of the few misunder¬standings that occurred from Imam Al-Zarkashi in his explanation, like the attribution of a saying of the school of thought, or attributing to a scholar of the school of thought, and the researcher has copied this comment And the served the text, by attributing what needs to be attributed from the legal texts, and comparing what was mentioned by the shaikh Alaa Al-Din Al-Mardawi with what he mentioned in this commentary, through his approved books in compiling and correcting the school of thought. The study of this commentary demonstrations the value of Imam Al-Zarkashi's commentary on the book of Al-Kharqi, given that these corrections are very small as they are insignificant in comparison to what Imam Al-Zarkashi wrote and estableshed in his explanation, that Imam Al-Mardawi adopted it among the reliable sources in his book "Al-lnsaaf", as this comment indicates to us The great role that Imam Alaa Al-Din Al-Mardawi played in serving the Hanbali school of thought and in compiling and cor¬recting the works in it.
