المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث تحليلا تطبيقيا، لأثر الثقة التنظيمية على الصوت التنظيمي وقد تم تحديد نطاق البحث ليشمل الخدمات البيئية؛ لما لها من أهمية مستقبلية في مجالات الصناعة والخدمات في مصر خصوصا في ظل التوجه العالمي نحو حماية البيئة. هذا البحث التطبيقي تم تنفيذه بالتعاون مع شركات نهضة مصر للخدمات البيئية. وقد ركز هذا البحث على الهيكل الإداري التنفيذي والذي يشمل رؤساء الأقسام والمشرفين والتنفذيين، وذلك بإعداد قائمة استقصاء وتوزيعها على عينة قوامها ٣٥٦ شخص بالشركات محل الدراسة. وقد بلغت القوائم المستلمة والصحيحة ٢٨٥ قائمة لتعكس معدل استجابة أفراد عينة البحث (80%) تقريبا. وتم التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج (SPSS ver. 23) وبرنامج (AMOS ver. 22). وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي للثقة التنظيمية على الصوت التنظيمي، ووجود اختلافات بين آراء العاملين بالشركات محل الدراسة حول الثقة التنظيمية والصوت التنظيمي من حيث الخصائص الديموغرافية (العمر، المستوى التعليمي، الوظيفة) فقط. وفي ضوء النتائج أمكن التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تساهم في رفع كفاءة الشركات محل الدراسة والارتقاء بالصوت التنظيمي من خلال تعزيز الثقة التنظيمية.

The current research dealt with the impact of organizational trust on the organizational voice by applying it to Nahdet Misr Environmental Services companies in the Egyptian business environment, by applying it to Nahdet Misr Environmental Services companies in the Egyptian business environment, and this supports the importance of research in light of the trend towards environmental protection and environmental legislation in Egypt. By applying to department heads, supervisors and executives, by preparing a survey list and distributing it to a sample of 356 heads of departments, supervisors and executives in the companies under study, where the received and correct lists amounted to 285 lists, and the response rates of the research sample members reached nearly (80%) The researchers tested the validity and reliability of the scales used in their preparation by using the alpha correlation coefficient method and factor analysis method. Statistical analysis was conducted using (SPSS ver. 23) and AMOS ver. 22 using a set of parametric tests to test research hypotheses such as T.Test and F.Test test associated with the multiple regression analysis method, as well as the Wilk's Lambda test. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which was the presence of a positive Signifiicant effect of organizational trust on the organizational voice, and the presence of differences between the opinions of employees of the companies under study about organizational trust and organizational voice in terms of demographic characteristics (age, educational level, occupation) only. In light of the results that were reached, it was possible to reach a set of recommendations that can contribute to raising the efficiency of the companies under study, and raising the organizational voice in them by adopting the organizational trust. However, the scope of this research, the methods used, and the results it reached point to areas for other future studies.
