المستخلص: يعالج هذا المقال أثر نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في تحديد الاحتياجات من اليد العاملة بمصرف السلام وقد تم جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالدراسة من عند بعض المسؤولين لمديرية الموارد البشرية التابعة للمصرف، وأيضا تم الاستعانة بمعلومات من الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص به خاصة فيما يتعلق الأقسام الإدارية للمصرف والعدد الإجمالي للموظفين ومختلف لخدمات التي يقدمها المصرف لزبائنه والطرق المعتمدة في أداء نشاطه سواء مع زبائنها والمؤسسات التي يتعامل معها في إطار تحقيق التواصل المعلوماتي والخدماتي والتعاوني فيما بينهم.

This article deals with the impact of the humanre sources information system in determining the manpower needs of Al Salam Bank. And the various services that the bank provides to its customers and the methods adopted in the performance of its activity, wheth erwithits customers or the institutions it deals with in the context of achieving in formational, service and cooperative communication between them).

Cet article traite de l'effet du système d'information sur les ressources humaines dans la détermination des besoins en main-d'oeuvre d'Al Salam Bank, et les informations relatives à l'étude ont été collectées auprès de certains responsables de la direction des ressources humaines de la banque, et des informations ont également été utilisées à partir de son site Web notamment en ce qui concerne les services administratifs de la banque et le nombre total d'employés et les différents services fournis par la banque à ses clients. Et les méthodes adoptées dans l'exercice de son activité, que ce soit avec ses clients ou les institutions avec lesquelles il traite dans le cadre de la réalisation de communication d'information, communication informationnelle, communication formationnelle, information de haut niveau.
