|a تهدف هذه الدراسة بصورة رئيسية إلى التعرف وقياس الأثار المترتبة على أثر استخدام الأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات على أداء واستمرارية الأعمال. تتركز مشكلة البحث في عدم استخدام الأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات وعدم الاهتمام باتخاذ القرار في حل المشكلات الإدارية بطريقة علمية مما ينعكس سلبًا على قوة العمل واستمراريته والمنافسة على نتائج الأعمال والأداء بصورة عامة من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث كما يلى: إن درجة المعرفة بالأساليب الكمية كبيرة تمثل نسبة عالية في مواقع اتخاذ القرار، تمثل الدراسات الجامعية والدراسات العليا نسبة عالية من مؤهلات متخذي القرار وهي نسبة كبيرة جدًا، غالبية المستخدمين للأساليب الكمية يستخدمون عددًا محدودًا من هذه الأساليب وقد يعزى السبب إلى قلة المعرفة بالأساليب الكمية الأخرى، تبين الدراسة أن أهم معوقات استخدام الأساليب الكمية هي عدم توفر الأشخاص المتخصصين. وعدم وجود تشجيع من الرؤساء في العمل. وعدم توفر الاعتمادات المالية المناسبة. وعدم وجود البيانات الدقيقة وأهم التوصيات: ضرورة استخدام قسم متخصص في كل إدارة يقوم بعملية تحليل المشكلات وإعطاء التوصيات، إن استحداث هذه الأقسام يقوم من خلاله أصحاب الاختصاص بدفع الإدارات إلى البحث عنهم وتعينهم وبالتالي يقود هذا الاهتمام إلى أن تتبنى الجامعات مناهج دراسية أكثر تخصصية لتلبية هذا الطلب، الاهتمام بالتدريب في إعداد المديرين الموجودين وإعادة تأهيلهم.

Continuity the competition... the works results and the performance generally. and the important results that came out from this research: the degree of knowledge about the quantities methods represents a huge percent in the position of making the decisions the university studies and the post graduate studies represents of the qualifications of those who makes the decisions and it is a huge percent, the majority of the users to this method using a specific amount methods due the lack of knowledge about the other quantity methods, The university studies represents’ the first source of the knowledge of this method cause the universities were the first to teach this method and the scientific research methods to the students from over 30 years ago The important suggestions and recommendations: The researcher sees depending on the results the recommendations should take the following sequence, The nasality of using a particulate division at every administration to analyze the problems and to give the recommendations, Taking care of the training factor cause it is more important in preparing the managers and requalifying them and working on increasing the wariness to the importance and the quantity methods to assist at making decisions’ through making conferences and lectures .open meetings among the academics and the decision makers in public institutions at the state in both public and private sector.
