المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية مهارات استخدام نظام إدارة تعلم سحابي والارتقاء بزيادة قوة السيطرة المعرفية وخفض التسويف الاكاديمي لدى طلاب كلية التربية الخاصة من خلال استخدام بيئة تعلم إلكترونية قائمة على نظام إدارة التعلم السحابي Moodle Cloud، استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي لإعداد الاطار النظري وأدوات البحث والمنهج التجريبي، وذلك للتعرف أثر المتغير المستقل نظام إدارة التعلم السحابي على المتغيرات التابعة )مهارات استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم السحابى، قوة السيطرة المعرفية، وخفض التسويف الاكاديمي) وتمثلت الأدوات في أدوات جمع البيانات: استبانة بالمحتوى المعرفي لنظام إدارة التعلم السحابي المقترح لطلاب التربية الخاصة، استبانة بمهارات استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم السحابي لتنميتها لدى طلاب التربية الخاصة، تمثلت مادة المعالجة التجريبية في بيئة تعلم إلكتروني قائم على نظام إدارة التعلم السحابي .Moodle Cloud تم من خلالها رفع المحتوى التعليمي المتمثل في عدد (8) وحدات تعليمية، حيث تضم كل وحدة الهدف العام والأهداف التعليمية، والمحتوى في صورة (ملفات pdf، ومقاطع فيديو)، والأنشطة التعليمية، والتقويم التكويني، وتمثلت أدوات القياس في اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم السحابى، بطاقة تقييم منتج لقياس الجانب الأدائي لمهارات استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم السحابى، مقياس قوة السيطرة المعرفية، مقياس خفض التسويف الاكاديمي. أوضحت النتائج إلى زيادة التحصيل المعرفي وارتفاع مستوى الأداء المهاري لمجموعة البحث في مهارات استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم السحابي، أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى ارتفاع قوة السيطرة المعرفية لمجموعة البحث لنظام إدارة التعلم السحابي، وخفض التسويف الأكاديمي لمجموعة البحث.

The present research aimed to develop the skills of using a cloud learning management system and Upgrading the Cognitive Holding Power and decreasing academic procrastination among students of the College of Special Education through the use of an e-learning environment based on the cloud learning management system Moodle Cloud. The current research used the descriptive approach to prepare the theoretical framework, research tools and the experimental method, in order to identify the impact of the independent variable, the cloud learning management system, on the dependent variables (the skills of using the cloud learning management system, the Cognitive Holding Power, and the reduction of academic procrastination). The tools represented in the data collection tools: a questionnaire on the knowledge content of the proposed cloud learning management system for students of special education, a questionnaire on the skills of using the cloud learning management system to develop them among students of special education. The experimental processing material was represented in an e-learning environment based on the cloud learning management system. Moodle Cloud, through which the educational content of (8) educational units was raised, where each unit includes the general objective and educational objectives, and the content in the form of (pdf files, and video clips). ), educational activities, and formative evaluation, The measurement tools consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the skills of using the cloud learning management system, a product evaluation card to measure the performance aspect of the skills of using the cloud learning management system, a measure of the Cognitive Holding Power, and a measure to decreas academic procrastination, . The results indicated an increase in the cognitive achievement and a high level of skill performance of the research group in the skills of using the cloud learning management system. The results also indicated a high the Cognitive Holding Power of the research group for the cloud learning management system, and a decreasing in academic procrastination for the research group.
