المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الفروق في الذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة في ضوء متغيرات الجنس والمستوى التعليمي والكلية، وتم إجراء الدراسة على عينة بلغت (135) طالب وطالبة، والاستعانة بمقياس الذكاء الوجداني من إعداد فاروق السيد عثمان ومحمد عبد السميع (1998)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المسيلة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، في حين انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة المسيلة تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي والكلية.

The current study aims to identify the differences in emotional intelligence among a sample of students at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf in M'sila in the light of the variables of gender, educational level and college. The study was conducted on a sample of (135) male and female students. And the use of the emotional intelligence scale prepared by Farouk Al-Sayed Othman and Muhammad Abdul-Sami (1998), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied on for its relevance to the nature of the study. M'sila University according to the gender variable, while there are statistically significant differences in the level of emotional intelligence among a sample of M'sila University students according to the educational and college level variable.

La présente étude vise à identifier les différences d'intelligence émotionnelle chez un échantillon d'étudiants de l'Université Mohamed Boudiaf de M'sila à la lumière des variables de sexe, de niveau d'études et de collège (1998), et dans le but d'atteindre l'objectif objectifs de l'étude, l'approche descriptive a été retenue pour sa pertinence par rapport à la nature de l'étude, et les résultats de l'étude ont conclu ce qui suit : Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans le niveau d'intelligence émotionnelle parmi un échantillon de M'sila Étudiants universitaires selon la variable de sexe, alors qu'il existe des différences significatives Signification statistique du niveau d'intelligence émotionnelle parmi un échantillon d'étudiants de l'Université de M'sila selon la variable du niveau d'éducation et du collège.
