المستخلص: تعد عملية تنظيم بيئة تعلم طفل الروضة ضرورة لنجاح عمليات التعلم، وزيادة فاعليتها كما أنها تزيد من تحقق أهداف الروضة، وتزيد من بقاء أثر التعلم، وإن استخدام برامج مخصصة لتنظيم بيئة تعلم طفل الروضة يحقق عددا من الأهداف التي تصبو الروضة إلى تحقيقها لدى أطفالها. لم يعد طفل اليوم كطفل الأمس، فلقد تغيرت احتياجات الطفل لما يتعلمه من مواد تعليمية، كما تغيرت مشكلاته وميوله، وقدراته واستعداداته كما أن الفروق الفردية بين الأطفال زادت. فالطفل يحتاج إلى بيئة تعلم مشوقة متنوعة الأساليب، كما يحتاج إلى تنظيم المادة التعليمية بشكل وظيفي، يزيد من تفاعله مع الموقف التعليمي. ويجب أن تكون معلمة الروضة على معرفة قوية بأساليب التدريس المتبعة لتعليم القراءة، ومعرفة قوية عن الأطفال كي تتمكن من خلق فرص متوازنة من الوسائل المطلوبة لتعليم الأطفال. فالأطفال يختلفون باختلاف أنماط تعلمهم، فمنهم من يتعلم بصريا، ومنهم من يتعلم سمعيا، ومنهم من يتعلم حركيا، ومنهم من يتعلم اجتماعيا، وعلى المعلمة مراعاة هذه الفروق الفردية في أنماط تعلم أطفالها..

The process of organizing the learning environment of the kindergarten child is a necessity for the success of learning processes, and increase their effectiveness, as it increases the achievement of the goals of the kindergarten, and increases the survival of the learning impact, and the use of programs dedicated to organizing the learning environment of the kindergarten child achieves a number of goals that the kindergarten aspires to achieve in its children. Today's child is no longer like yesterday's child, the child>s needs have changed for what he learns from educational materials, as have his problems and tendencies, and his abilities and preparations, as the individual differences between children have increased. The child needs an interesting learning environment of various styles, and he also needs to organize the educational material functionally, increases his interaction with the educational situation. The kindergarten teacher must have a strong knowledge of the teaching methods used to teach reading, and a strong knowledge of children in order to be able to create balanced opportunities from the means required to teach children. Children differ according to their learning styles, some of them learn visually, some of them learn auditory, some of them learn kinaesthetically, and some of them learn socially, and the teacher must take into account these individual differences in the learning styles of her children.
