المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الأداء المهني للعاملين في مديرية تربية محافظة دمشق من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين فيها وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخدمة والمؤهل العلمي، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت العينة من جميع الموجهين التربويين والاختصاصين في مديرية تربية محافظة دمشق والبالغ عددهم (62)، موجها وموجهة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة النتائج كان من أهمها: -1 واقع الأداء المهني للعاملين في مديرية التربية بمحافظة دمشق من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين فيها كانت بدرجة قليلة. -2 توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات عينة الدراسة على استبانة واقع الأداء المهني للعاملين في محافظة دمشق تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. -3 توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات عينة الدراسة على استبانة واقع الأداء المهني للعاملين في محافظة دمشق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح العاملين من ذوي الخدمة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات والعاملين من ذوي الخدمة أكثر من 10 سنوات. -4 توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات عينة الدراسة على استبانة واقع الأداء المهني للعاملين في محافظة دمشق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح ذوي المؤهل إجازة جامعية ودراسات عليا.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the professional performance of the employees of the Directorate of Education of Damascus Governorate from the point of view of the administrative leaders in it according to the variables of gender, years of service and scientific qualification, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the sample consisted of all the educational mentors and specialists in the Directorate of Education of Damascus Governorate.(62) directed The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were: 1-The reality of the professional performance of the employees in the Directorate of Education in Damascus Governorate from the point of view of the administrative leaders in it was to a small degree. 2-There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the responses of the study sample to the questionnaire of the reality of the professional performance of workers in Damascus governorate attributed to the gender variable in favor of males 3- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the responses of the study sample to the questionnaire of the reality of the professional performance of workers in Damascus governorate attributed to the variable years of service in favor of workers with service from 5 to 10 years and workers with service more than 10 years 4-There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the responses of the study sample to the questionnaire of the reality of the professional performance of workers in Damascus governorate attributed to the variable of scientific qualification in favor of those with a university degree and postgraduate degrees
