المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الإجراءات التي يجب اتخاذها من طرف الدولة من أجل النجاح في خلق علاقات تكافل صناعي بين المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية. ولقد كشفت الدراسة أن استراتيجية إدارة المخلفات الصناعية التي اعتمدتها الدولة في عام 2001 والتي تعمل على تشجيع تدوير المخلفات الصناعية، يجب أن تكون مدعومة بتدابير أخرى مثل: إنشاء مركز جزائري متخصص في البيئة الصناعية، إلزام المؤسسات الصناعية بإنشاء وثيقة تلخص فيها كل تدفقات مواردها (المدخلات والمخرجات)، تدريب منشطين في البيئة الصناعية، الخ.

The objective of this study is to show how Algerian industrial companies can be partnering in the form of industrial symbiosis. The study revealed that the industrial waste management strategy adopted by the state in 2001, based on the development of recycling and recovery of industrial waste must be supported by defining certain measures such as: the creation of an Algerian center specialized in industrial ecology, the creation for each industrial enterprise of a document summarizing all its resource flows (input-output), the training of facilitators in industrial ecology, etc.

L’objectif de cette étude est de montrer comment les entreprises industrielles algériennes peuvent s’associer sous forme de symbioses industrielles. L’étude a révélé que la stratégie de gestion des déchets industriels adoptée par l’Etat en 2001 et qui s’appuie sur le développement du recyclage et de la valorisation des déchets industriels, doit être soutenue par d’autres mesures comme: la création d’un centre algérien spécialisé en écologie industrielle, la création pour chaque entreprise industrielle d’un document résumant l’ensemble de ses flux de ressources (inputs outputs), la formation d’animateurs en écologie industrielle, etc.
