تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافر معايير المجلس الوطني الأمريكي لاعتماد مؤسسات إعداد المعلمين (NCATE) في كلية التربية بجامعة عدن، والتعرف إلى مدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة بشأن درجة توافر معايير (NCATE) في كلية التربية بجامعة عدن، تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، واللقب العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، وتكونت العينة من (48) فردا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة استعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها وصمما استبانة، تكونت من ستة مجالات: مجال البرامج المقدمة، ومجال نظام التقييم والتقويم، ومجال التنوع، ومجال الخبرات الميدانية، ومجال التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومجال الموارد والحوكمة، واستعمل الباحثان النظام الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة توافر معايير المجلس الوطني الأمريكي لاعتماد مؤسسات إعداد المعلمين (NCATE) في كلية التربية بجامعة عدن كانت بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.78). وجاءت درجة توافر معيار البرامج المقدمة في كلية التربية بجامعة عدن بالمرتبة الأولى بدرجة توافر متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.13). وجاء معيار التنوع بالمرتبة الثانية بدرجة توافر متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.96)، وحل معيار الخبرات الميدانية بالمرتبة الثالثة بدرجة توافر متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.78)، وفي المرتبة الرابعة جاء معيار نظام التقييم والتقويم بدرجة توافر منخفضة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.57)، وجاء معيار الموارد والحوكمة بالمرتبة الخامسة بدرجة توافر منخفضة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.50)، وحل معيار التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمرتبة السادسة بدرجة توافر منخفضة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.45)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة توافر معايير (NCATE) في كلية التربية بجامعة عدن، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، اللقب العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة.
This study aims at knowing the degree of availability of the American National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education standards in accrediting the institutions of teachers' preparation in the Faculty of Education, University of Aden, and to know if there are any significant differences in the estimates of the sample of the study regarding the degree of availability of the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education in the Faculty of Education, University of Aden are attributed to the study variables (sex, scientific title, job experience). The sample of the study consisted of (48) of the faculty members in the Faculty. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach because it was suitable to the nature and objectives of the study. A questionnaire was designed which was consisted of six areas: provided programs, assessment and evaluation, diversity, field experience, faculty members' professional development, and resources and governance. The researcher used the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results show that the availability of the American National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education standards in accrediting the institutions of teachers' preparation in the Faculty of Education, University of Aden was medium (Mean=2.78). The degree of availability of the standard of the provided programs in the Faculty of Education, University of Aden is in the first place with a medium availability degree (Mean=3.13). The diversity standard is in the second place with a medium availability degree (Mean=2.96). The field experience standard is in the third place with a medium availability degree (Mean=2.78). The system of assessment and evaluation standard is in the fourth place with a low availability degree (Mean=2.57). The resources and governance standard is in the fifth place with a low availability degree (Mean=2.50). The professional development of faculty members' standard is in the sixth place with a low availability degree (Mean=2.45). There are no statistically significant differences at significant level (0.05) between the sample of the study estimates regarding the degree of availability of the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education in the Faculty of Education, University of Aden due to the variables (sex, scientific title, job experience).
