المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تحقق معوقات استخدام المنصات الرقمية بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية في ظل جائحة كورونا؛ وذلك من خلال معرفة درجة المعوقات التي تواجه: (العنصر البشري، والبيئة التعليمية)؛ فضلاً عن معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في متوسط درجات المفحوصين في معوقات استخدام المنصات الرقمية بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية والتي تعزى لمتغيرات: (النوع، والدرجة الوظيفية، والخبرة العملية)، تم إجراء الدراسة في العام الجامعي 2020/2021م، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (170) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: تحققت معوقات استخدام المنصات الرقمية بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية في ظل جائحة كورونا بوسط حسابي (2.54) وبدرجة تقديرية مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات المفحوصين في معوقات استخدام المنصات الرقمية بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى: (للنوع)، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات المفحوصين في معوقات استخدام المنصات الرقمية بكليات التربية بالجامعات السودانية تعزى: (للمؤهل العلمي لصالح المؤهل العلمي الأعلى، وفي الخبرة العملية لصالح الخبرة العملية الأطول)، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة الاهتمام بتذليل المعوقات التي تواجه استخدام المنصات الرقمية بالجامعات؛ وذلك من خلال تدريب الكادر البشري العامل في الجامعات، وتهيئة البيئة التعليمية بالصورة المطلوبة لاستخدام المنصات الرقمية.

The study aimed at finding out the degree of realization of the obstacles to the use of digital platforms in faculties of education in Sudanese universities in light of Corona pandemic; This is done by knowing the degree of obstacles facing: (the human element and the learning environment); In addition to knowing the statistically significant differences in the average scores of the examinees in the obstacles in the use of digital platforms in the faculties of education in Sudanese universities, which are attributed to the variables: (type, job degree, and practical experience), the study was conducted in the academic year 2020/2021, and the objectives of the study were achieved. Analytical descriptive, through the use of a questionnaire as a tool for the study, the study sample consisted of (170) members of the teaching staff in the faculties of education in Sudanese universities, They were chosen by a simple random method, and to treat the data statistically, the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. The findings of the study: The obstacles to the use of digital platforms were achieved in the faculties of education in Sudanese universities in light of Corona pandemic an arithmetic mean (2.54) and with a high discretionary degree, and there are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of the examinees in the obstacles to the use of digital platforms in the pandemic colleges in the presence of Corona in the colleges of education attributable to: (to gender), and there are statistically significant differences in the average degrees of Examined in the obstacles to the use of digital platforms in the faculties of education in Sudanese universities are attributed: (the scientific qualification in favor of the higher educational qualification, and in the practical experience in favor of the longer practical experience), and among the most important recommendations of the study: The need to pay attention to overcoming the obstacles facing the use of digital platforms in universities; This is done through training the human cadre working in universities, and preparing the educational environment in the form required for the use of digital platforms.
