|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح للقيادة الأبوية لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح للقيادة الأبوية لمديري مدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة، وتضمنت عناصر التصور المقترح ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسة هي: القيادة الخيرة، والقيادة الأخلاقية، والقيادة السلطوية الموقفية، وأوصت الدراسة باهتمام برامج الإعداد والتنمية المهنية لمديري المدارس في الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين بالقيادة الأبوية، ومنح مديري المدارس والعاملين بها كثير من الصلاحيات والسلطات حتى يتمكنوا من أداء واجباتهم الوظيفية بحرية أكاديمية ومرونة وبجودة وتميز.
|b The current study aimed to build a proposed perspective of paternalistic leadership for developing the principal's performance of general education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of some contemporary models. The study used the descriptive method, and used document analysis in collecting data and information. The results of the study reached the Building of a proposed perspective for developing the principal's performance of of general education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of some contemporary models that include three main dimensions: benevolent leadership, ethical leadership, and authoritarian situational leadership. The study recommended interest in preparation and professional development programs for school principals in the Professional Academy for Teachers with paternalistic leadership, and grant school principals and employees many powers and authorities so that they can perform their job duties with academic freedom, flexibility, quality and excellence.
