|a نظرا للوجه الحديث للمفاهيم التي لها علاقة بسبب الانهيار الذي يحدث في عالم المال والأعمال وهي الأخلاق، حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إثبات وجود هذا المفهوم ودرجة تأثيره في المنظمة بصفة عامة، إذ هو لصيق بالعنصر البشري الذي يعتبر كدعامة أساسية لتطور ونمو المنظمة هذا ما ينعكس بصفة خاصة على أدائه وقيامه بالأعمال الموكلة له وهذا ما يدخل تحت مسمى الأداء الوظيفي. ولتبيان ذلك أكثر حاولنا إسقاط هذه المفاهيم على أرض الواقع من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما اعتمد الباحث على تحليل البيانات على أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) إذ تجلى بوضوح مدى ارتباط أخلاقيات الإدارة بتحسين الأداء، حيث طبيعة العلاقة كانت طردية.
|b Owing to the modern perceptions of concepts related to the collapse taking place in finance and business field, which is “Ethics”, we tried through this thesis to establish the existence of this concept and its degree of impact on organization in general. Such concept is, closely, related to the humans, which is considered fundamental pillar for the development and growth of the organization. This is particularly reflected in its performance and carrying out businesses entrusted thereto, which is included under “Functionality”. To further clarify this, we tried to apply such concepts on the ground through the field study we carried out. To achieve the same, we have relied on the descriptive analysis approach. Moreover, the Researcher relied on the data analysis though the descriptive statistics, using the SPSS programs, which clearly demonstrated the extent to which management ethics are linked and concerned with improving the performance, as the nature of the relationship was positive.
