المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى طبيعة العلاقة بين استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ومستوى الصحة النفسية لطلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة، وكذلك الكشف عن مستوى الصحة النفسية ومستوى استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لطلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة، ودلالة الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية ومستوى استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماع التي تعزى لمتغيرات البحث (الجنس، الحالة الاقتصادية، العلاقة الوالدية، مستوى التحصيل الدراسي)، وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الظاهرة ونوعها في استكشاف المشكلات بأسباب وأعرض جديدة لم تكن معروفة من قبل، وامتداد لدراسات بعض الباحثين السابقين والمختصين الذين قاموا بدراسة آثار شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي والصحة النفسية، وقد يفيد العاملين في مجال التربية عموماً والمرشدين التربويين خصوصاً في التعرف على تلك المشكلات وآثارها سعياً لمراعاة الظروف ولوضع الحلول والاقتراحات المناسبة، واستخدام الباحثان الاستبيان وهو من إعدادهم وكذلك والمقابلة الفردية، وطبق على الطلبة الجامعيين في جامعة (الإسلامية، الأقصى، غزة) وعينة قوامها (109) من طلبة الجامعات وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة وقد تم توزيع عدد 150 وسترد عدد (109) استبانة مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللحصول على نتائج واقعية وصادة استخدام الباحثان النسب المئوية والتكرارات وألفا كرونباخ لمعرفة ثبات فقرات الاستبانة ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لقياس صدق الفقرات واختبار الفرضيات واختبار T. test)) لمعرفة الفروق واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثان هو انه توجد علاقة ارتباطية وفروق ذات لدلالة إحصائية في مستوى استخدام شبكات التواصل لصالح الذكور كما انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الطلبة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس وحيث كانت نسبة الاستجابات بين الذكور والإناث متقاربة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى استخدام شبكات التواصل والصحة النفسية تبعاً لمتغيري الحالة الاقتصادية ومستوى التحصيل حيث كانت نسبة الاستجابة متقاربة من جميع أفراد العينة، وأن الأفراد الدين يستخدمون الإنترنت بمعدل أكثر من 5 ساعات يومياً قد بلغت 49.8% و 54.1% من أفراد العينة يستخدمون من 1-4 ساعات يومياً وأن أكثر أربع تطبيقات استخدماً فيس بوك حيث بلغت 92.66 % من أفراد العينة وبعدها انستاغرام وتوتير واتساب.

The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the use of social networks and the level of mental health of university students in the Gaza Strip, as well as revealing the level of mental health and the level of use of social networks for university students in the Gaza Strip, and the significance of statistical differences in the level of mental health and the level of use of social networks Which are attributed to the research variables (gender, economic status, parental relationship, level of educational attainment), and the importance of the study stems from the importance and type of the phenomenon in exploring problems with new causes and symptoms that were not known before, and an extension of the studies of some former researchers and specialists who studied the effects of social networks It may benefit education workers in general and educational counselors in particular in identifying these problems and their effects in an effort to take into account the circumstances and to develop appropriate solutions and suggestions. And a sample of (109) university students were randomly selected from the original community of A study has been distributed 150 number and (109) questionnaires will be received using the descriptive analytical approach, and to obtain realistic results and the validity of the researchers used percentages, frequencies and Cronbach’s alpha to find out the stability of the paragraphs of the questionnaire and the Pearson correlation coefficient to measure the validity of the paragraphs and test hypotheses and test (T). test) to find out the differences and the one-way analysis of variance test, and one of the most important findings of the researchers is that there is a correlation and statistically significant differences in the level of use of communication networks in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health among students according to the gender variable The proportion of responses between males and females was close, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of use of communication networks and mental health according to the variables of economic status and level of achievement, as the response rate was close to all sample members, and that religious individuals use the Internet at a rate of more than 5 hours per day It amounted to 49.8% and 54.1% of respondents use 1-4 hours a day, and that the four most used applications are Facebook, reaching 92.66% of respondents, followed by Instagram and WhatsApp.
