المستخلص: تعتمد اللغة العربية في بنائها وتكوينها الأول واللاحق بعد ذلك أيضًا على الاتكاء على منهج معين حالها في ذلك حال أغلب اللغات العالمية التي ترتب بناؤها الأول واللاحق على أحد المناهج المعروفة، ويبدو واضحًا للباحث المدقق أن اللغة العربية انبنت على منهج الاستقراء أولاً الذي اعتمد على الوصف في كل مجرياته من السماع إلى الجمع والتصنيف، ويلحظ الباحث أيضًا تداخل المنهج المعياري مع هذا العمل الكبير الذي قام به أوائل اللغويين كالخليل بن أحمد الفراهيدي وأمثاله، بما يحقق لنا مهمة عمل كبيرة تقوم على الاطلاع على الموروث الحكائي لدى العرب الأقحاح في القبائل العربية التي لم يخالط لسانها لسانًا أجنبيًا قط، فيتأثر به وينحو نحوه، وتسجيله في صحائف الجرد والاستقراء، ثم العمل على تحليله لبيان ماهيته وصور التعبير فيه وسياقات الإلقاء والتركيب الجملي فيه بما يحقق وجود قاعدة بيانية كبيرة للغة العربية وصحائف من المادة اللغوية الأصل، والقواعد والقوانين الضابطة لهذه اللغة، ثم سريان وجود القواعد من ضمن العمل التحليلي، فيرى الباحث أن العمل الاستقرائي نفسه سار على منهجين هما الوصفي والمعياري معاً. فاستدعى هذا العمل الجبار منا توثيقه في بحث لغوي يجمع شتات الموضوع ويعرف بكل منهج على حدة، وما فيه من محاسن وما تبعه من مساوئ ليبين حقيقة اعتماد اللغة العربية على المنهجين معًا، وصعوبة العمل الاستقرائي، والتحليل والتفريع والتقسيم والتعيير في معايير صحيحة وضابطة لتكون قوانين هيكلة اللغة العربية في ما بعد، كل ذلك بجهود علماء بذلوا جهودًا قيمة ومهمة ومفيدة وكبيرة في سبيل حفظ اللغة العربية وضبط قوانينها وتعريف الناس بهذه القوانين والقواعد، بما يهيئ قاعدة علمية للأجيال القادمة لمعرفة لغتهم وأركان تأليفها وسبل التعبير بها.

In its construction and its first and subsequent composition, the Arabic language also depends on reliance on a specific approach, as is the case with most international languages, which arrange their first and subsequent construction on one of the well-known approaches. All its course from listening to collection and classification, and the researcher also notes the overlap of the normative approach with this great work done by the early linguists such as Al-Khalil bin Ahmed Al-Farahidi and his ilk, in order to achieve for us a great work task based on reviewing the narrative heritage of the Arabs in the Arab tribes that did not mix Its tongue is never a foreign tongue, so it is affected by it and tends towards it, and recording it in the inventory and induction sheets, then working on analyzing it to clarify its nature, the images of expression in it, the contexts of the utterance and the syntax in it, in order to achieve the existence of a large database for the Arabic language, sheets of the original linguistic material, and the rules and laws governing these Language, then the validity of the existence of rules within the analytical work, the researcher believes that the inductive work itself proceeded on two approaches, which are descriptive and ambiguous together. So this mighty work required us to document it in a linguistic research that collects the diaspora of the subject and defines each method separately, and its advantages and the disadvantages that follow, to show the fact that the Arabic language depends on the two approaches together, and the difficulty of inductive work, analysis, branching, division and criticism in correct and controlling criteria to be laws Restructuring the Arabic language later on, all with the efforts of scholars who have made valuable, important, useful and great efforts in order to preserve the Arabic language, control its laws, and familiarize people with these laws manner that prepares a scientific base for future and rules, in a generations to know their language and the pillars of its composition and ways of expression.
