|b The objective of this article is to study the effect of Burnout on the individual performance of administrative employees of the Tlemcen City Hall. In order to measure this effect, we adapted the dimensions of the Maslach Burnout Inventory Model on a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 129 administrative workers, with a return of 117 responses, processed with the SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study show that at a significance level of 0.05, individual performance is negatively affected by Burnout (full dimension) as well as by the sub-dimensions of the model: depersonalization, emotional exhaustion, and personal achievement.
|d L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier l’effet du Burnout sur la Performance individuelle des employés administratifs du siège de la Mairie de Tlemcen. Afin de mesurer cet effet, nous avons adapté les dimensions du Modèle Maslach Burnout Inventory sur un questionnaire distribué auprès d’un échantillon de 129 travailleurs administratifs, avec un retour de 117 réponses, traitées avec le logiciel SPSS version 26. Les résultats de l’étude montrent qu’à un niveau de signification de 0,05, la performance individuelle est négativement affectée par le Burnout (dimension complète) ainsi que par les sous dimensions du modèle: la dépersonnalisation, l épuisement émotionnel et l’accomplissement personnel.
