تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع القيادة الموزعة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، ومعوقات تطبيقها بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتتمثل أداة الدراسة في استبانة مقدمه إلى المعلمين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية بهدف التعرف على واقع القيادة الموزعة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، ومعوقات تطبيقها بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية من وجهة نظرهم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المديرين والمعلمين عينة الدراسة موافقين بدرجة متوسطة على واقع القيادة الموزعة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية؛ وذلك بمتوسط حسابي (2.12 من 3.00). وأن المديرين والمعلمين عينة الدراسة موافقين بدرجة كبيرة على معوقات تطبيق القيادة الموزعة في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الدقهلية؛ وذلك بمتوسط حسابي (2.42 من 3.00)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز مديري المدارس لنمط القيادة التوزيعية كأحد أنماط القيادة المدرسية الحديثة والبعد عن المركزية، وبضرورة تكليف مديري المدارس المعلمين القيام بالمهمات الإدارية والأدوار القيادية بما يتناسب مع مؤهلاتهم ومقدراتهم.
This study seeks to reveal the reality of distributed leadership in order to achieve competitive advantage, and the obstacles to its implementation in secondary education schools in Al-Qahliya Governorate, and the descriptive method was used, and the study tool is to introduce the introduction to the teachers in the secondary education schools in Al-Qahliya Governorate with the aim of identifying the reality of distributed leadership in order to achieve competitive advantage., and the obstacles to its application in secondary schools in Al-Qahliyya Governorate from their point of view, and the study concluded that the principals and teachers of the study sample agree to a moderate degree on the reality of distributed leadership to achieve a competitive advantage in secondary schools in Al-Qahliyyah Governorate with a moderate score (2.12 out of 3.00). and that the principals and teachers of the study sample agree to a large degree on the difficulties of implementing the leadership of the district in the schools of secondary education in the governorate of Al-Qahliya; With average math (2.42 out of 3.00), the study concluded that it is necessary to strengthen school principals for the distributional leadership style, as one of the modern school leadership styles and away from centralization, and it is necessary to assign school principals to teachers to perform administrative tasks and leadership roles that are commensurate with their qualifications and abilities.
