|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المشكلات الرقمية التي تواجه أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في ظل التعلم المبرمج في كليتي إربد وعجلون/ جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) مدرسا، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة والمكونة من (29) فقرة. واعتمدت الباحثة في حساب معامل الثبات على معادلة كرونباخ ألفا. وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: إن تقديرات عينة الدراسة جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.49) وانحراف معياري (0.546) فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات الرقمية التي تواجه المدرسين. أما فيما يتعلق بارتفاع أسعار الأجهزة الإلكترونية، واشتراك الطلبة بالإنترنت، واستخدام البريد الإلكتروني وتطبيقات التواصل الاجتماعي جاءت مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي (4.18) وانحراف معياري (9.38)، كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى للعمر والخبرة والكلية. لذلك توصي الباحثة بإجراء مزيدا من الدراسات وكذلك ضرورة توفير أجهزة الحاسوب للطلبة ومتابعتهم وتدريبهم لإتقان التعلم على منصات التعليم الإلكتروني.
|b The study aimed at finding out the digital problems that face faculty instructors under the programmed learning in the colleges of Irbid and Ajloun/ Al-Balqa Applied University. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (80) teachers. The validity and reliability of the tool, which consisted of (29) items, was verified by calculating the coefficient reliability he. The researcher relied on the Cronbach Alpha Equation. The study concluded that, regarding the digital problems facing teachers, the sample's estimates were high, with an arithmetic mean of (3.49) and a standard deviation of (0.546). As for the high prices of electronic devices, students' subscription to the Internet, and their using the e-mail and social networking applications, the estimates were high with an arithmetic mean of (4.18) and a standard deviation of (.938). The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to age, experience and college. Accordingly, the researcher recommends conducting more studies, as well as providing computers for students to follow them and train them to master education on the e-learning platforms.
