هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر البرامج التدريبية على أداء العاملين في البلديات ومجلس الخدمات المشتركة في محافظة الكرك، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ووزعت على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (۸۲) عاملا وعاملة في البلديات ومجلس الخدمات المشتركة في محافظة الكرك، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مستوى البرامج التدريبية في بلديات ومجلس الخدمات المشتركة في محافظة الكرك جاء متوسطا، وأن المتوسط الكلي لمستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين في البلديات ومجلس الخدمات المشتركة في محافظة الكرك جاء مرتفعا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين تطبيق البرامج التدريبية والأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين في البلديات ومجلس الخدمات المشتركة في محافظة الكرك، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مستوى تطبيق البرامج التدريبية في بلديات ومجلس الخدمات المشتركة في محافظة الكرك تعزى للجنس لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمؤهل والخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة دعم الدولة البلديات ومجالس الخدمات المشتركة ماديا من أجل إقامة برامج تدريبية للعالمين في هذه البلديات. والعمل على تبني البرامج التدريبية المبنية على الأسس العلمية نظرا لتأثيرها الإيجابي على أداء العاملين.
The aim of the study was to identify the impact of the training programs on the performance of municipal workers and the Joint Services Council in Karak governorate. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the study tool was developed. The questionnaire was verified. The results of the study showed that the level of perceptions of the members of the study sample towards the level of training programs in the municipalities and the joint services council in Karak governorate was average, and that the average of the overall level of job performance among municipal employees and the services council The results showed a statistically significant correlation between the implementation of training programs and job performance among municipal employees and the Joint Services Council in Karak governorate, and there were differences of statistical significance in the perceptions of the sample of the study sample. Clear the level of application of training programs in municipalities and the council. The common services in Karak governorate are attributed to gender in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences due to qualifications and experience. The study recommended that the state should support the municipalities and the joint service councils financially in order to establish training programs for the worlds in these municipalities. And the adoption of training programs based on scientific foundations due to their positive impact on the performance of workers.
