يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية لتمكين المعلم بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام، والوقوف على واقع تمكين المعلم بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر نظريا، والتعرف على واقع تمكين المعلم بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة كفر الشيخ ميدانيا، وكذلك التوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتمكين المعلم بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة كفر الشيخ من خلال تحليل وتفسير البيانات التي تسفر عنها الدراسة الميدانية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث استخدمت الباحثات (الاستبانة) أداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، واقتصر التطبيق على عينة عشوائية من مديري ووكلاء ومعلمي مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وخلص البحث إلى ضرورة: - منح المعلمين الفرص المناسبة لتمكينهم من المشاركة في صنع القرارات المدرسية. - توفير برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في المجالات المختلفة. - توفير مناخ مدرسي فعال يتيح للمعلمين فرص الاطلاع على المستجدات التربوية. - منح المعلمين إمكانية التحكم في عملهم بما يناسب مستويات الطلاب. - توفير قدر عال من المكافآت والبدلات للمعلم؛ كي يلبي عمله طموحاته وآماله.
This study aims at identifying the theoretical foundations to empower the teacher in Public secondary education schools, determining the reality of teacher empowerment in Public secondary education schools in Egypt theoretically and pointing out reality of teacher empowerment in Public secondary education schools in Kafr El-sheikh Governorate in the field. Moreover, the study seeks to reach some of the proposed techniques to empower the teacher in Public secondary education schools in Kafr El-sheikh Governorate through analyzing and interpreting data that the field study yielded. The researcher adapted the analytical descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research was restricted to a random sample of principals, assistant principals and teachers of Public secondary education schools in Kafr El-sheikh Governorate. The study recommended: - Giving teachers the suitable opportunities to empower them to participate in making the school decisions. - Providing professional development programs for teachers in the different fields. - Providing an effective school environment that gives the teachers opportunities to look at the educational updates. - Enabling teachers to control their work as suitable to the levels of students. - Providing many rewards and allowances for teachers in order to make their work meet their hopes.
