المستخلص: This study investigates the relevant literature on organizational justice. It highlights some of the current obstacles in the field and suggests some issues that should be the focus of future research. This study aims to examine the impact of organizational justice on organizational outcomes in participation banks. This study's objective is to investigate the nature, strength, and significance of the relationships between organizational justice, organizational performance, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Prior researchers have conducted separate studies on organizational justice, organizational performance, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Few of them have made an effort to investigate the connections between them. Insufficient evidence exists regarding the nature of the relationships between these four variables. The analysis of the literature demonstrates that it is anticipated that employees views of fairness in all organizational processes and practices will affect their actions and work outcomes. The quantitative method has been applied in this study to reach the research's objective through surveying employees. The information was gathered through questionnaires distributed to 321 employees of six public and private participation banks in Istanbul, Turkey. Different statistical tests, such as reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, were applied to the data using the SPSS software. Findings demonstrate that organizational justice has a significant and positive relationship with employee performance, commitment, and job satisfaction. This research will assist managers in fostering justice inside their organizations in order to boost output and profitability. Additionally, it is advised that organizational justice be carefully ingrained in various organizations and supported by careful oversight.
