المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التمكين الوظيفي وجودة حياة العمل لدى الممرضين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بعنابة، وكذلك التعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستويات التمكين الوظيفي وجودة حياة العمل تبعا لاختلاف الجنس، وللإجابة على فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام مقياس التمكين الوظيفي ومقياس جودة حياة العمل، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 130 ممرض وممرضة، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين التمكين الوظيفي وجودة الحياة العمل كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في مستوى التمكين الوظيفي تبعا لإخلاف الجنس.

The current study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the job empowerment of nurses and the quality of work life in the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health in Annaba, as well as to identify the significance of the differences in the levels of job empowerment and quality of work life according to the difference of sex. In order to answer the hypotheses of the study we have opted for a descriptive approach and the use of the empowerment scale. The study sample consisted of 130 male and female nurses, and the results of the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between job empowerment and quality of work life, and there are significant differences in the level of job empowerment depending on gender

La présente étude vise à révéler la nature de la relation entre l'autonomisation professionnelle des infirmières et la qualité de vie au travail danse centre public de santé de voisinage Annaba ainsi qu'à identifier l'importance des différences dans les niveaux d'emploi autonomisation et qualité de vie au travail selon la différence de sexe. Afin de répondre aux hypothèses de l'étude, nous avons opté pour une approche descriptive et l'utilisation de l'échelle d’autonomisation. L'échantillon de l'étude était composé de 130 infirmiers et infirmières, et les résultats de l'étude ont conclu qu'il existe une relation significative entre l'autonomisation au travail et la qualité de la vie au travail, et qu'il existe des différences significatives dans le niveau d'autonomisation au travail selon le sexe.
