المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل وجودة الحياة المهنية لدى الممرضات بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية للصحة الجوارية- عين العسل- بولاية الطارف، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه الأنسب للدراسات النفسية الاجتماعية، من خلال تصميم استبيان تم توجيهه لعينة الدراسة التي يبلغ تعدادها(27) ممرضة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية -بعين العسل- وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين ضغوط العمل وجودة الحياة المهنية، توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين ضغوط العمل الشخصية وجودة الحياة المهنية، عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين ضغوط العمل البيئية وجودة الحياة المهنية، توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين ضغوط العمل التنظيمية والجودة المهنية لدى الممرضات.

This study aims to measure the relationship This study aims to measure the relationship between work pressure and the quality of professional life among nurses in the Hospital Institution for Neighborhood Health - Ain Al-Assal - in the state of El Tarf, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach as the most appropriate for psychosocial studies, through the design of a questionnaire directed to the study sample, which numbered (27) nurses in the hospital institution - Ain Al-Assal - and the study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant relationship between work stress and occupational quality of life, there is a correlation between personal work stress and occupational quality of life, there is no correlation between environmental work stress and occupational quality of life, there is a correlation between organizational work stress and occupational quality among nurses.

Cette étude vise à mesurer la relation entre la pression de travail et la qualité de la vie professionnelle chez les infirmières de l’Institution hospitalière pour la santé de quartier - Ain Al-Assal - dans l’État d’El Tarf, et pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude, le chercheur a adopté l’approche analytique descriptive comme la plus appropriée pour les études psychosociales, à travers la conception d’un questionnaire destiné à l’échantillon de l’étude, qui comptait (30) infirmières dans l’institution hospitalière - Ain Al-Assal - et l’étude a atteint les résultats suivants: Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre le stress au travail et la qualité de vie professionnelle, il existe une corrélation entre le stress personnel au travail et la qualité de vie professionnelle, il n’y a pas de corrélation entre le stress professionnel environnemental et la qualité de vie professionnelle, il existe une corrélation entre le stress professionnel organisationnel et la qualité professionnelle chez les infirmières.
