هدفت البحث إلى: التعرف على الأسس الفكرية للشراكة مع المؤسسات التعليمية، تعرف احتياجات سوق العمل من الشراكة بين مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي الفني والقطاع الخاص، رصد واقع الشراكة بين إدارة المدارس الثانوية الفنية والقطاع الخاص في مصر على ضوء احتياجات سوق العمل، وضع آليات مقترحة لتفعيل الشراكة بين المدارس الثانوية الفنية والقطاع الخاص في مصر على ضوء احتياجات سوق العمل. اعتمد البحث في إجراءاته على المنهج الوصفي الذي يعبر عن مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تتكامل لوصف الظاهرة أو الموضوع اعتمادا على جمع الحقائق والبيانات وتصنيفها ومعالجتها وتحليلها تحليلا كافيا ودقيقا لاستخلاص دلالتها من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج وتعميمات عن الظاهرة أو الموضوع محل الدراسة (بشير صالح الرشيدي، ٢٠٠٢، ٥٩)، وقام الباحث بتصميم استبانة لقياس آراء عينة البحث، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (١٨٥) فرد من إجمالي (300) فرد يمثلون إدارة المدارس الثانوية الفنية للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج، والقطاع الخاص بمحافظات أسيوط، المنيا، الشرقية، دمياط. وقد توصل البحث إلى بعض النتائج، من أهمها: ١- وجود العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل الشراكة بين إدارة المدارس الثانوية الفنية للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج والقطاع الخاص في مصر. ٢- التوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتفعيل الشراكة بين إدارة المدارس الثانوية الفنية للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج والقطاع الخاص في مصر على ضوء احتياجات سوق العمل.
The aim of the current research is to Identify he intellectual foundations of the partnership with educational institutions, know Labor market needs with partnership between Technical Secondary School Administration and Private Sector, Monitor the reality field partnership between Technical Secondary School Administration and Private Sector in Egypt In light of Labor market needs, and develop proposed mechanisms to activate partnership between Technical Secondary School Administration and Private Sector in Egypt In light of Labor market needs. The research adopted a descriptive method that identifies The descriptive method that expresses a set of procedures that are integrated to describe the phenomenon or topic depending on the collected facts and data classification, processing and analysis an analysis of the adequate and careful to draw out their significance for access to the results and circulars about the phenomenon or topic under research, the researcher designed a questionnaire to measure the opinions of the research sample about the variable it, and choose a random sample of (185) persons about (300) persons representing Technical Secondary School Administration of Dual Education and Training and Private Sector governorates of Assiut, Minya, Sharqiya, Damietta. The research reached some results, including: 1.
