المستخلص: تناول البحث الحالي العلاقة بين الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والرضا الزواجي لدى الموظفين، حيث هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على 1. الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية لدى الموظفين. 2. الرضا الزواجي لدى الموظفين. 3. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والرضا الزواجي لدى الموظفين. 4. الفروق في العلاقة الارتباطية بين الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والرضا الزواجي لدى الموظفين تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث). 5. مدى إسهام الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية في الرضا الزواجي لدى الموظفين. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية ((Snell,1993 وترجمة إلى اللغة العربية واستخراج صدق الترجمة وبناء مقياس الرضا الزواجي وتم استخراج خصائصهما السايكومترية من صدق وثبات اذ بلغ ثبات المقياس طريقة Test-retest).) (0.84)وبطريقة الفاكرونباخ (0.86) وهما معاملي ثبات جيدين، اما مقياس الرضا الزواجي فلقد قامت الباحثة باستخراج خصائصه السايكومترية من صدق وثبات إذ بلغ الثبات بطريقه طريقة Test-retest)) (0.80) وبطريقة الفاكرونباخ (0.85) وهما معاملي ثبات جيدين وبعدها طبقت الباحثة المقياسيين على عينه البحث البالغة 400 موظف وموظفة من وزارات الدولة وبعد تحليل البيانات أظهرت النتاج ما يلي النتائج ما يأتي: 1. تتمتع عينه البحث الحالي بالوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية 2. تتمتع عينه البحث الحالي بالرضا الزواجي. 3. توجد علاقة ارتباطيه دالة بين الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والرضا الزواجي. 4. توجد فروق في العلاقة الارتباطية بين الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والرضا الزواجي تبعا لمتغير الجنس(ذكور -إناث) ولصالح لصالح الإناث. 5. يسهم الوعي بالعلاقات الاجتماعية في الرضا الزواجي. وفي ضوء النتائج البحث الحالي وضعت الباحثة مجموعه من التوصيات والمقترحات

This research dealt with the relationship between awareness of social relations and marital satisfaction among employees, as this research aimed to identify 1. Awareness of employees' in social relations. 2. Marital satisfaction among employees. 3. The correlation between awareness of social relationships and marital satisfaction among employees 4. Differences in the correlation between awareness of social relationships and marital satisfaction among employees according to the gender variable (male- female) 5. The extent to which awareness of social relations contributes to marital satisfaction among employees. To achieve the objectives of this research, the researcher adopted the measure of awareness of social relations ((Snell, 1993), translated into Arabic, extracted the validity of the translation, and built the measure of marital satisfaction. Their psychometric characteristics were extracted from the validity and reliability, as the reliability of the scale reached the test-retest method.) (0.84) and the method. (0.86), which are two good reliability coefficients. As for the measure of marital satisfaction, the researcher extracted its psychometric characteristics of validity and reliability, as the reliability reached by the method of Test-retest)) (0.80) and by the method (0.85), which are two good reliability coefficients, and then the researcher applied the two scales to the same research. amounting to 400 male and female employees from the ministries of the state, and after analyzing the data, the output showed the following results: 1. The sample of this research is aware of social relations 2. The sample of this research has marital satisfaction. 3. There is a significant correlation between awareness of social relationships and marital satisfaction. 4. There are differences in the correlation between awareness of social relationships and marital satisfaction according to gender in favor of females. 5. Awareness of social relationships contributes to marital satisfaction. In light of the results of this research, the researcher developed a set of recommendations and proposals
