|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي باعتبارها من أهم الآليات المعتمدة لإصلاح القطاع وتحقيق جودة البحث العلمي الجامعي. تبين لنا أن الجامعة الجزائرية أصبحت من أهم الجامعات في الوطن العربي التي اهتمت بالفضاء الرقمي لاسيما من خلال مختلف المبادرات والتدابير التي شرع فيها وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مؤخرا بهدف تحقيق شعار صفر ورق في الجامعة الجزائرية. ورغم ذلك تبقى هناك بعض المعوقات التي تعرقل التحول الرقمي في قطاع التعليم العالي والتي نتمنى أن يتم تداركها في المستقبل القريب.
|b This study aimed to shed light on the reality of digitization in the higher education sector as one of the most important mechanisms adopted to reform the sector and achieve the quality of university scientific research. It became clear to us that the Algerian University has become one of the most important universities in the Arab world that paid attention to the digital space, especially through the various initiatives and measures that the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research recently initiated with the aim of achieving the slogan of zero paper in the Algerian University. Nevertheless, there remain some obstacles that impede digital transformation in the sector, which we hope will be remedied in the near future.
