المستخلص: فقد جرت سنة الله تعالى في بني أدام أن يتنقل في مراحل تبدأ بتكوينه في رحم أمه، وتنتهي بالشيخوخة، والناس ليسوا سواء في ذلك، فلكل قدره، ويظهر ذلك في مظاهر الصحة والمرض، وطول العمر وقصره، وغيره ذلك. وإن كانت مرحلة القرار في الأرحام خلقية ومن تدبير الله تعالى، ولها سنة كونية خاصة بها، ومهام الإنسان فيها محدودة للغاية؛ فإن مرحلة الطفولة التي تعقب الولادة مباشرة تحمل الأبوين مسؤوليات كبيرة تجاه طفلهما، وتلك المسؤوليات تستوعب صحته وحياته ورعايته ودينه وأخلاقه وسائر ما يصلح شأنه، مع ضرورة التذكر أن الطفل يولد صفحة بيضاء نقية، مستعدا للخير والاستقامة في الأصل، ولكن تأتي التغيرات الدينية والفكرية والأخلاقية تبعا للمحيط الأسري أولا، ثم المحيط الاجتماعي، وبناء عليه فإن المسؤولية الأكبر على الوالدين تجاه أولادهم تقع في مرحلة الطفولة لأنها مرحلة المحافظة والإصلاح والتوجيه، ثم يخف تأثيرهما على الابن أو الابنة رويدا رويدا حتى يصلا إلى مرحلة المؤاخاة لأولادهما وتقديم النصيحة والمشورة. إذن، فمرحلة الطفولة بالغة الأهمية في التربية والإعداد العقلي والديني والبدني، والبحث فيها يتطلب النظر في مدلولاتها ومفاهيمها، ثم بعد ذلك تتبع حقوق الطفل التي أمرت بها الشريعة الإسلامية أولا، ثم التي كفلتها الأنظمة العالمية، ليصبح الطفل إنسانا قد (بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ) [القصص: 14].

And if the stage of decision in the wombs is congenital and from the arrangement of God Almighty, and it has its own cosmic year, and human tasks in it are very limited; The childhood stage immediately following birth places the parents with great responsibilities towards their child, and those responsibilities include his health, life, care, religion, morals, and everything else that is good for him, with the need to remember that the child is born a pure white slate, ready for good and righteousness in origin, but religious, intellectual and moral changes come accordingly. For the family environment first, then the social environment, and accordingly, the greatest responsibility of parents towards their children falls in the childhood stage because it is the stage of preservation, reform and guidance, then their influence on the son or daughter gradually diminishes until they reach the stage of fraternity for their children and providing advice and advice. So, the childhood stage is extremely important in education and mental, religious and physical preparation, and researching it requires examining its meanings and concepts, and then following the rights of the child that were commanded by the Islamic Sharia first, and then that were guaranteed by the global systems, so that the child becomes a human being who has “reached his full potential” [stories : 14].
