يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على علاقة العدالة التنظيمية برأس المال النفســــي بـــوزارة الشباب والرياضة المصرية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة البحث قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من العاملين بمختلف الإدارات المركزية والعامة بوزارة الشباب والرياضة المصرية وتمثل عددهم في (۳۱۳) فرد مقسمين إلى (٢٦٢) عينة أساسية (٥١) عينة استطلاعية. ولجمع البيانات الخاصة بالبحث قام الباحث بإعــداد استمارتي استبيان موجهتين لعينة البحث احدهما خاصة بالعدالة التنظيمية والأخرى خاصة برأس المال النفسي، كما قام الباحث بإجراء جميع المعاملات العلمية مستخدما برنامج spss الإجراء الأساليب والمعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة مع طبيعة البحث توصل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن مستوي كلا من "العدلة التنظيمية، رأس المال النفسي" متوسط بوزارة الشباب والرياضة المصرية، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين العدالة التنظيمية ورأس المال النفسي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة المصرية.
The research aims to identify the relationship of organizational justice with psychological capital in the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The researcher randomly selected the research sample from workers in various central and public administrations in the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports. Their number was represented by (313) individuals divided into To (262) basic sample (51) exploratory sample. In order to collect the data for the research, the researchers prepared a questionnaire for the research sample, and the researchers conducted all scientific transactions using the "spss" program to conduct the appropriate statistical methods and treatments with the nature of the research. To collect data for the research, the researcher prepared two questionnaires directed to the research sample, one for organizational justice and the other for psychological capital. The researcher reached the most important results: that the levels of both "organizational justice and psychological capital" are average in the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as the existence of a correlation between each of "organizational justice and psychological capital" in the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports.
