المستخلص: هدفت إلى الكشف عن إمكانيات بناء برنامج لاستحداث كفاءات التعليم قائم على نموذج جيرولد كمب "G. Kemp" لدى عينة قوامها (29) طالب/ة متوسط أعمارهم (21-23 سنة) بالفرقة الرابعة والخامسة التابعين للتدريب الميداني بكلية التربية الفنية وأثره على تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية عددهم (45) متوسط أعمارهم من (8-11 سنه) وتلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية عددهم (57) متوسط أعمارهم من (13-15 سنة) والمرحلة الثانوية بحيث يبلغ عددهم (43) ومتوسط أعمارهم من (16-18 سنة) بحيث يكوم مجموعهم (145) من تلاميذ المدارس التابع لها الطلاب المعلمين بحيث يكون كل طالب/ة مشرف على مجموعه من 5 تلميذ/ة أثناء التدريب الميداني وأتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الشبه تجريبي استخدمت الأدوات التالية (اختبار تحصيلي للتفكير الإبداعي -بطاقة ملاحظة أداء كفاءات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي –اختبار تورانس للتفكير الإبداعي صورة (أ) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات الاختبار التحصيلي للتفكير الإبداعي لدى العينة طلاب التدريب الميداني بكلية التربية الفنية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وكذلك يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب التدريب الميداني بكلية التربية الفنية "عينة البحث" لصالح التطبيق البعدي لكفاءات التعليم من خلال رصد وتحليل محتوى أداة بطاقة ملاحظة أداء كفاءات تعليم التفكير الإبداعي لصالح التطبيق البعدي وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية أيضا لوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تلاميذ (المرحلة الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية) الذين يشرف عليهم الطلاب المعلمين في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار تورانس للتفكير الإبداعي صورة (أ) لصالح التطبيق البعدي وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول استحداث كفاءات التعليم الإبداعي من خلال طرق تدريسيه أخرى للتأكد من فعالية هذا البرنامج في تعليم التفكير مع أخذ متغيرات أخرى مثل الجنس، والمستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وإجراء دراسات أخرى تتناول أثر هذا البرنامج على التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ المراحل الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية.

The study aimed to uncover the possibilities of building a program to develop creative thinking education competencies based on the Gerrold Kemp "G" model. Kemp has a sample of (29) middle-aged students (21-23 years) of the fourth and fifth division of the Field Training Of the Faculty of Art Education and its impact on the development of creative thinking in a sample of primary school pupils (45) of average age (8-11 years) and middle school pupils of 57 middle age (13-15 years) and secondary school to reach their number (43) And their average age (16-18 years) so that their total (145) school pupils are the teachers so that each student is supervised by a total of 5 pupils during field training and followed the study The current semi-experimental curriculum used the following tools (a learning test for creative thinking - note card performance competencies of creative thinking education - Torrance test for creative thinking image (a) and the study found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between average grades The educational test for creative thinking in the sample students field training in the Faculty of Art Education for the benefit of the remote application, as well as there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average grades of field training students in the Faculty of Art Education "Research Sample" in favor of the remote application of the competencies of creative thinking education by monitoring and analyzing the content of the tool note the performance of the competencies of teaching creative thinking in favor of the remote application and the current study also found significant differences Statistics at the level (0.05) among the average grades of pupils (primary, middle and secondary) supervised by field training students in the tribal and distance measurements of the Torrance Creative Thinking Test (A) in favor of the remote application and recommended further studies on the development of creative education competencies through other teaching methods to ensure the effectiveness of this program in thinking education while taking other variables such as sex, economic and social level and conducting other studies dealing with the impact of this program This program is on the educational achievement of primary, middle and secondary students.
