|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى عرض رؤية تحليلية للأسس النظرية التي تقوم عليها فلسفة التعليم الابتدائي في مصر، والتعرف على أهم المعوقات وكيفية التغلب عليه، واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي؛ وذلك لوصف موضوع البحث وصفا دقيقا، وتحليل الأدبيات المرتبطة بالتعليم الابتدائي في مصر، توصل البحث إلى أن مجموعة من النتائج والتي تتمثل في: تعاني المدرسة الابتدائية في مصر بشكل عام من البيروقراطية حيث جمود اللوائح والقوانين بالإضافة إلى طول سلسلة الإجراءات، رفض بعض العاملين بالمدرسة الالتزام بالمعايير التنظيمية حيث المحاباة وتفشي اللامبالاة مع وجود المحسوبية لدى بعضهم، تعاني بعض المدارس الابتدائية من قلة مفردات البنية التحتية لضآلة الموارد المتاحة لها، تعاني غالبية المدارس الابتدائية من كثرة عدد التلاميذ داخل الفصول، ناهيك عن تقادم بعض أثاث المدرسة.
|b The current research aims to present an analytical vision of the theoretical foundations on which the philosophy of primary education in Egypt is based, and to identify the most important obstacles and how to overcome them. The current research relied on the descriptive approach; In order to accurately describe the topic of the research, and to analyze the literature related to primary education in Egypt, the research concluded that a set of results are represented in: The primary school in Egypt in general suffers from bureaucracy, where the stagnation of regulations and laws, in addition to the length of the chain of procedures, some school employees refuse to comply By organizational standards, where favoritism and indifference are rampant, with nepotism among some of them, some primary schools suffer from a lack of infrastructure due to the meager resources available to them. Most primary schools suffer from a large number of students in the classroom, not to mention some of the school furniture is outdated.
