|b The appearance of NTIC as a basic element in the know-how of human resources management, is a primary concern for all institutions wishing to make their organization and their management more coherent and more efficient, thus adapting to changes. that know the environment and also achieve the strategic objectives. In this order of ideas, our present study will revolve around NTIC and their impact on the performance of employees. In this research we tried to show the impact of NTIC on the performance of employees by focusing on previous studies.
|d L’apparition des NTIC comme un élément de base dans le savoir-faire de la gestion des ressources humaines, est une préoccupation primordiale pour toute les institutions désirant rendre leurs organisation et leurs gestion plus cohérant et plus performante, ainsi de s’adapter aux changements que connais l’environnement et aussi atteindre les objectifs stratégiques. Dans cet ordre d’idées, notre présente étude s’articulera autour des NTIC et leurs impact sur la performance des salaries. Dans cette recherche on a essayé de montrer l’impact des NTIC sur la performance des salariés en focalisant sur les études antérieures.
