|a إن من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات التربوية في القرن الحادي والعشرين، تأكيد وتعميق مفاهيم التقارب والتضامن بين الأفراد والجماعات والشعوب وبلورة مهارات فاعلة تمكنهم من استشراف المستقبل وتبصر بدائل إدارة شؤونه" وأيضا الانفتاح وتحدي المؤسسة والإدارة التعليمية مما تجعل مهام المؤسسات التربوية هامه في وضع خطط لمواجهة التحديات المستقبلية، وبالتالي تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في إبراز دور المؤسسات التربوية في مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية لطالبات المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمات. وتتضح أهداف الدراسة فيما يلي: 1- الكشف التحديات المستقبلية التي تواجه طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمات. 2- إبراز الدور المأمول للمؤسسات التربوية في مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية لطالبات المدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمات. 3- ويتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللوصول لنتائج البحث تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة حائل. ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: تمثلت أبرز التحديات المستقبلية في التحديات الفكرية والثقافية لطالبات المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة ومنها: قصور أساليب التربية الأسرية تجاه الانفتاح الرقمي، وغياب الانفتاح المعرفي الناقد لثقافتنا ومبادئنا، وضعف التوازن المعرفي وتحديد مجالات المعرفة الرقمية السليمة في ظل التطور المعرفي. يكمن الدور المأمول للمؤسسات التربوية في مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر المعلمات في توفير ندوات توعوية في مواجهه التحديات المستقبلية، ومواكبة الشراكات المجتمعية الحديثة والتي تصب في التربية الرقمية للطالبة، ترسيخ قيم المسؤوليات والواجبات لدى الطالبة في ظل الانفتاح المعرفي. من أبرز توصيات: على واضعي السياسات التربوية تطوير المناهج الرقمية الدراسية بما يتناسب مع التحديات المستقبلية، وعلى الجهات التنفيذية الحرص على إنشاء المعامل التقنية والاهتمام بمجال التطور الرقمي. توصي الدراسة المؤسسات التربوية ببناء جسور المشاركة المجتمعية في مواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية المستقبلية لدى الطالبات من خلال ندوات ولقاءات ونواد واقعية ورقمية تشرف عليها المؤسسات التربوية. من مقترحات الدراسة: بناء تصور مقترح لمنهج تطوير التفكير الناقد لمواجهة التحديات المستقبلية للمرحلة الابتدائية.
|b One of the biggest challenges facing educational institutions in the twenty first century is affirming and deepening the concepts of rapprochement and solidarity between individuals, groups and peoples, and developing effective skills that enable them to anticipate the future and foresee alternatives to managing its affairs, as well as openness and challenging the institution and educational administration, which makes the tasks of educational institutions important in developing plans to confront Future challenges, and therefore the problem of the study is to highlight the role of educational institutions in facing the future challenges of primary school students from the point of view of female teachers. The objectives of the study are as follows: 1- Identify the theoretical framework for future challenges. 2- Exploring the future challenges facing primary school students from the female teachers' point of view. 3- Highlighting the hoped-for role of educational institutions in facing the future challenges of primary school students from the point of view of female teachers. The research follows the descriptive analytical approach, and to reach the results of the research, the questionnaire tool was used. The study was applied to a sample of primary school teachers in Hail. Among the most prominent results of the study: * The most prominent future challenges were represented in the intellectual and cultural challenges of primary school students from the point of view of the study sample, including: the lack of family education methods towards digital openness, the absence of critical cognitive openness to our culture and principles, the weak knowledge balance and identifying areas of sound digital knowledge in light of cognitive development. * The hoped-for role of educational institutions in facing future social challenges from the point of view of teachers lies in providing awareness seminars in facing future challenges, keeping pace with modern community partnerships that pour into the digital education of the student, consolidating the values of responsibilities and duties of the student in light of the openness of knowledge. Among the most important recommendations: * Educational policy makers should develop the digital curricula in line with future challenges, and the executive authorities should ensure the establishment of technical laboratories and pay attention to the field of digital development. * The study recommends that educational institutions build bridges of community participation in facing future social challenges for female students through seminars, meetings, and virtual and digital clubs supervised by educational institutions. Constructing a proposal for a curriculum for developing critical thinking to meet future challenges for the primary stage.
