المستخلص: Hip-hop music has become a significant means of expression for underrepresented black communities, and today's young female hip-hop artists worldwide have adapted the genre to reflect their unique experiences. As a result, hip hop has evolved into a global form of youth culture, spanning various regions. This article uses Norman Fairclough's model of Critical Discourse Analysis to explore the textual features, discursive practices, and sociocultural practices of Tunisian hiphop artist Bouthaina Alaouadi 's rap lyrics. Through this analysis, the article highlights the extent to which hip-hop music serves as a tool for cultural representation and social resistance.
