|a يعتبر كتاب حقائق الأصول في أصول الفقه من الكتب الجامعة لأصول الفقه في المذهب الحنفي والتي جمعت بين مؤلفات المتقدمين والمتأخرين وجاء الكتاب كخلاصة وعصارة للمؤلفات الأصولية في المذهب الحنفي، قام المصنف فيه بترتيب المواضيع الأصولية ترتيبًا علميًا رصينا سار فيه على منهج الشيخين السرخسي والخبازي غالبًا، وقد رأينا أن ندرس باب حروف المعاني ونقوم بنشره لما أحتوى هذا الباب من تفصيل دقيق، وإحاطة شاملة وربط بديع بين علوم اللغة وعلم أصول الفقه، ولإجادة المصنف - رحمه الله - في تنزيل عشرات الفروع والشواهد الفقهية والأمثلة اللغوية على حروف المعاني، وكل ذلك قاد البحث إلى نشر هذه الورقة، لعل الله أن ينفع بها. والله الموفق والهادي إلى سواء السبيل.
|b The Fact Book on Fundamentals of Jurisprudence is one of the books comprehending the principles of jurisprudence in the Hanafi school, which combined the books of the applicants and the late, and the book came as a summary and extract of the fundamentalist literature in the Hanafi school.
