المستخلص: يسعى هذا العمل البحثي إلى محاولة الكشف عن القيادة في المؤسسة التربوية ودورها في العملية التعليمية، باعتبارها مطلبا استراتيجيا، تسعى إلى تحقيقه كل المنظومات التربوية، وذلك من أجل مواجهة مختلف التحديات التي تواجهها، وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية، وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما طبيعة الأنماط القيادية الممارسة في المؤسسة التربوية؟ وما هو دورها في العملية التعليمية؟ وللإجابة على السؤال استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، عن طريق استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية، على عينة ممثلة في مؤسسات تعليمية، بمفردات قدرت ب (30) فرد من المؤسسات التعليمية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: هناك استجابة عالية، لمحور النمط الديمقراطي ودوره في العملية التعليمية وظهر ذلك من خلال استجابات أفراد العينة لمحتوى المحور، كما جاءت استجابة أفراد العينة بمختلف خصائصها لمحور النمط الحر ودوره في العملية التعليمية ضعيف، كما جاءت استجابة أفراد العينة بمختلف خصائصها لمحور النمط الأوتوقراطي ودوره في العملية التعليمية متوسط، حيث تبين وجود نمط قيادي يسعى القائد تحقيقه في المؤسسة التعليمية.

This research work seeks to try to reveal the leadership in the educational institution and its role in the educational process, as it is a strategic requirement, which all educational systems seek to achieve, in order to meet the various challenges it faces, and to ensure the achievement of educational goals. by asking the following main question: What is the nature of the leadership styles practiced in the educational institution? What is its role in the educational process? To answer the question, the study used the descriptive approach, by using the questionnaire as the main tool, on a sample represented in educational institutions, with vocabulary estimated at (30) individuals from educational institutions, and the study reached the following results: There is a high response to the axis of the good style and its role in the educational process, and this appeared through the responses of the sample members to the content of the axis, as the response of the sample members with its various characteristics to the axis of the free style and its role in the educational process was weak, and the response of the sample members with various characteristics to the axis of the autocratic style and its role in the process The educational system is average, as it was found that there is a leadership style that the leader seeks to achieve in the educational institution
