المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء محاور المواطنة الرقمية في تنمية الذكاء الرقمي الأخلاقي ومحو الامية الرقمية، وقد تم اتباع المنهج شبه التجريبي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد مادة الدراسة المتمثلة بالبرنامج التدريبي وتم التأكد من صدقه، كما تم إعداد أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة باختبار الذكاء الرقمي الأخلاقي ومقياس لمحو الأمية الرقمية، ثم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، وطبقت هذه الأدوات على أفراد الدراسة المتمثلة بـ (16) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في لواء الوسطية خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022-2023، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اختبار الذكاء الرقمي الأخلاقي بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح الاختبار البعدي وذلك تحت تأثير البرنامج التدريبي المقترح بشكل كلي حيث بلغ متوسط الفرق بين استجاباتهم في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي (5.87) درجة وبلغت قيمة (ت) عند هذا المستوى من الفرق (6) درجات وهي قيمة ذات دلالة إحصائية. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في مقياس محو الأمية الرقمية بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح الاختبار البعدي وهذا يشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.73) للقياس البعدي بينما بلغ المتوسط في القياس القبلي (2.14) بفارق قدره (0.59) ، ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة الأخذ والاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية لما له من دور فاعل في تنمية الذكاء الرقمي الأخلاقي وتقويم السلوك الرقمي، وكذلك تضمين محاور المواطنة الرقمية في الكتب المدرسية ضمن المناهج المحدثة لتبصير الطلبة بحقوقهم وواجباتهم الرقمية.

The current study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program for social studies teachers based on Digital Citizenship Strands in developing ethical digital intelligence and digital literacy, and the quasi Experimental Approach was used. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study material represented in the training program was prepared and its validity was confirmed, and the study tools represented in the ethical digital intelligence test and a measure of digital literacy were prepared, and then their validity and reliability were confirmed. These tools were applied to the study sample consisted of (16) male and female social studies teachers working in the Directorate of Education of AL-WASTEA during the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the ethical digital intelligence test between the pre and post applications in favor of the post-test under the influence of the entirely proposed training program, as the average difference between their responses in the pre and post-tests was (5.87) degrees, and the value of (T) at this level of difference was (6) degrees, which constitutes a statistically significant value. It also showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) under the influence of applying a training program for social study teachers in digital literacy between the pre and post applications in favor of the post-test. This shows the effectiveness of the training program with an average score of (2.73) for the post measurement, while the average score for the pre measurement was (2.14), with a difference of (0.59). The two researchers recommend the necessity to adopt and make use of the proposed training program for teachers of social studies due to the effective role it plays in developing ethical digital intelligence and correcting the digital behavior. As well as including digital citizenship strands in textbooks within the updated curricula to enlighten students about their digital rights and duties.
