|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذاكرة العاملة، والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية ، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في مقياس الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات إعداد Johnson and Treffinger 1978 ترجمة نورة المنصور ۱۹۹۹م، وتم تطبيقه على عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية وعددهم (۲۰۰) طالب وطالبة من طلاب مدارس دسوق الثانوية بكفر الشيخ (قسمي علمي، وأدبي) تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (١٥-١٨) عاماً للعام الدراسي (۲۰۲۱ - ۲۰۲۲)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين الذاكرة العاملة، والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وأوصى البحث بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار دور كفاءة الذاكرة العاملة في الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات، وبناء برامج تعليمية لتنمية كفاءة الطلاب بمختلف المراحل الدراسية في الذاكرة العاملة، والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات.
|b The current research aimed to identify the relationship between working memory and creative problem solving among high school students. The research relied on the descriptive correlative approach, and the research tool was the creative solution scale for problems, prepared by Johnson and Treffinger 1978, translated by Nora Al-Mansour 1999 AD, and it was applied to a sample of secondary school students, numbering (200) male and female students from Desouq secondary schools in Kafr El-Sheikh (scientific section). , and literary) their ages ranged between (15-18) years for the academic year (2021-2022), and the study found that there is a statistically significant correlation between working memory and creative problem-solving among high school students, at the level of significance (0.01), The research recommended taking into account the role of working memory efficiency in creative problem-solving, and building educational programs to develop students' competency at different academic levels in working memory and creative problem-solving.
