المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أداء كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت في ضوء أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (BSC) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأثر بعض المتغيرات على ذلك، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (94) عضو هيئة تدريس في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (44) عبارة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد (البعد المالي، رضا الطلبة، العمليات الداخلية، التعلم والنمو). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أداء كلية التربية الأساسية ككل ضعيف، وجاء بعد رضا الطلبة في الترتيب الأول وبدرجة متوسطة، يليه بعد التعلم والنمو وبدرجة متوسطة أيضا، ثم بعد العمليات الداخلية وبدرجة ضعيفة، وأخيرا البعد المالي وبدرجة ضعيفة أيضا. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الكلية لواقع أداء كلية التربية الأساسية وجميع الأبعاد (البعد المالي، رضا الطلبة، بعد العمليات الداخلية، بعد التعلم والنمو) تعزى لمتغيري النوع والخبرة، وعدم وجود فروق حول رضا الطلبة وفقا لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي، بينما توجد فروق حول الدرجة الكلية لواقع أداء كلية التربية الأساسية والأبعاد التالية: (البعد المالي، بعد العمليات الداخلية، بعد التعلم والنمو) وفقا لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the performance of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait in light of the dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) from the point of view of faculty members, and the effect of some variables on that. The analytical descriptive approach was used, the study sample consisted of (94) faculty members in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, a questionnaire consisting of (44) statements was applied to them distributed over four dimensions (financial dimension, student satisfaction, internal operations, learning and growth). The results of the study concluded that the level of performance of the College of Basic Education as a whole is weak, dimension students’ satisfaction came in the first rank with a medium degree, followed by the learning and growth dimension with a moderate degree, then internal operations dimension with a weak degree, and finally the financial dimension with a weak degree. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample about the total score of the reality of the performance of the College of Basic Education and all dimensions (financial dimension, student satisfaction, internal operations dimension, learning and growth dimension) due to gender and experience variables, and there are no differences about students' satisfaction due to job title variable, while there are differences about the overall degree of the reality of the performance of the College of Basic Education and the following dimensions: (financial dimension, internal operations dimension, learning and growth dimension) due to job title variable.
