المستخلص: هدف البحث التوصل إلى آراء طلاب كلية التربية بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر نحو تطبيق الكلية استراتيجية التعليم عن بعد في ظل تداعيات أزمة كورونا من حيث الواقع والمعوقات، واقتراح بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لمواجهة المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق استراتيجية التعليم عن بعد بكلية التربية بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لموضوعه، وكانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة مكونة من محورين الأول للتوصل إلى الواقع والثاني للمعوقات، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (580) طالبًا من طلاب كلية التربية بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر، في العام الجامعي (2020/2021) الفصل الدراسي الثاني، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض المقترحات والإجراءات للتغلب على معوقات تطبيق استراتيجية التعليم عن بعد، ومنها أن تنظم الكلية دورات تدريبية وندوات ولقاءات من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم المكتبات وتكنولوجيا التعليم وذلك للتغلب على ضعف مهارات بعض الطلاب في التعامل مع المنصات الإلكترونية والتفاعل مع الأساتذة، وأن تبحث الكلية عن موارد جديدة (تتفق مع اللوائح والقوانين)، بحيث تقوم الكلية بمتابعة الطلاب وتقديم منح مالية للطلاب الذين لا يستطيعون توفير الإنترنت والأجهزة اللازمة للدخول على المنصات الإلكترونية، وأن يقوم الأساتذة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمتابعة طلابهم أثناء استخدام استراتيجية التعليم عن بعد عبر المنصات الإلكترونية بالحديث معهم ومناقشتهم وتكليفهم بأنشطة وذلك لتقليل انصراف بعض الطلاب أثناء المحاضرة دون علم الأستاذ، لوجود الطالب في وضع الاتصال، كما اقترحت الدراسة أن تعمل الكلية على عقد لقاءات مع أولياء أمور الطلاب لتعريفهم بأهمية استخدام استراتيجية التعليم عن بعد بالنسبة لأبنائهم لأنها من الطرق البديلة في وقت الأزمات للحفاظ على أرواح أبنائهم وصحتهم.

The research aimed to recognize students' views at the Faculty of Education in Cairo, Al-Azhar University, towards the college’s application of the distance education strategy based on Corona crisis the repercussions including reality and obstacles, in addition to suggesting some recommendations and proposals to confront the obstacles facing the implementation of the distance education strategy at the Faculty of Education in Cairo, Al-Azhar University. The research used the descriptive approach as it is suitable for its subject, whereas the study tool involving a questionnaire consisting of two axes, the first to reach the reality and the second to the obstacles, applied to a sample consisting of (580) students from the Faculty of Education in Cairo, Al-Azhar University, in the academic year (2020/2021) The second semester. the study resulted on some proposals and procedures to overcome the obstacles to applying the distance education strategy. Including that the college organizes training courses, seminars, and meetings by faculty members in the Department of Libraries and Education Technology in order to overcome the skills weakness of some students in dealing with electronic platforms and interacting with professors, and that the faculty search for new resources (consistent with regulations and laws), so that the faculty follows up Students and providing financial grants to students who cannot provide the internet and the devices necessary to enter the electronic platforms, and that professors, faculty members, follow up with their students while using the distance education strategy via e- platforms, talk to them, discuss them, and assign them activities to reduce the distraction of some students during the lecture without the knowledge of the professor, as the student is in communication mode, and the study also suggested that the faculty work to hold meetings with parents Students’ matters to inform them of the importance of using the distance education strategy for their children because it is one of the alternative ways in times of crises to preserve the lives and health of their children.
