المستخلص: هدف البحث: تنمية مهارات الرسم الفني لدى طلاب المدرسة الفنية الصناعية المتقدمة تخصص الحديد المشغول من خلال بناء برنامج قائم على التعلم المدمج، وقياس فاعليته، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) طالب من مدرسة الزاوية الحمراء الفنية المتقدمة تخصص الحديد المشغول. واستخدم الباحث أدوات المعالجة التجريبية: قائمة بمهارات الرسم الفني، وبرنامج مقترح قائم على التعلم المدمج لتنمية مهارات الرسم الفني، وأدوات البحث وتشمل (بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات الرسم الفني، ومعيار لتقييم المنتج النهائي)، وتم تطبيق وحدتين تجريبيتين لقياس فاعلية البرنامج. وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: ١- يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠١) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لكل من (بطاقة ملاحظة ومعيار المنتج النهائي) في الأداء المهاري للرسم الفني كدرجة كلية ومهارات فرعية للرسم الفني لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. ٢- يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠١) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لكل من (بطاقة ملاحظة ومعيار المنتج النهائي) في الأداء المهاري للرسم الفني كدرجة كلية ومهارات فرعية للرسم الفني لصالح درجات التطبيق البعدي.

Developing the concepts and skills of artistic drawing and the trend towards it among students of the Advanced Industrial Technical School specializing in wrought iron through building a program based on blended learning, and measuring its effectiveness. Experimental treatment tools: two lists of technical drawing concepts and skills, a proposed program based on blended learning to develop the concepts and skills of technical drawing and the attitude towards it, and research tools that include (an achievement test for technical drawing concepts, a note card to measure technical drawing skills(, a standard for evaluating the final product, and a measure of attitude towards drawing Technical, and two experimental units were applied to measure the effectiveness of the program, and the following results were reached: 1. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the achievement test of the artistic concepts of artistic drawing as a total score and sub-levels in favor of the post application scores. 2. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of each of (note card and final product criterion) in the skill performance of technical drawing as a total degree and sub skills of technical drawing in favor of the degrees of the post application. 3. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications of the attitude towards artistic drawing scale in favor of the post application scores. 4. There is a direct positive correlation between the development of the concepts and skills of technical drawing and the attitude towards it among the students of the experimental group after applying the proposed program.
