المستخلص: هدف البحث الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية للقيادة الأخلاقية لتعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى طلابهم، ومدى تأثيرها في تعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية للطلاب واستخدم المنهج الوصفي والرجوع إلى الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة، وتم بناء استبانة من محوريين محور عن القيادة الأخلاقية بأبعادها (العدالة، توضيح الدور، التوجيه الأخلاقي، النزاهة) وأخر عن مستوى المسئولية الاجتماعية لديهم، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم تطبيقها على عينة من الطلاب بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة الفروانية بالكويت وكان عددهم (۱۷۰) طالب وطالبة، وتوصل البحث إلى أن مديري المدارس الثانوية التي تم اخذ وجهات نظر طلابهم يتمتعون بقيادة الأخلاقية بفاعلية عالية، فهم يمارسون المبادئ الأخلاقية مع طلابهم، درجة ادارك المديرين لأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية كانت عالية مما يسهم بتحقيق الأهداف الإدارية، ويصفى ذلك على سلوكيات الطلاب، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية وجود علاقة إيجابية ضعيفة بين القيادة الأخلاقية والمسئولية الاجتماعية، كما بينت وجود تأثير له دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد القيادة والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب، وأوصت بوضع برنامج تدريبي لمديري المدارس الثانوية لتوضيح ماهية القيادة الأخلاقية وأهميتها والممارسات المرتبطة بها ويربط بين القيادة الأخلاقية بأبعادها ودورها في تحقيق المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب.

The aim of the research is to reveal the degree of secondary school principals' practice of moral leadership to enhance social responsibility among their students, and the extent of its impact on enhancing social responsibility for students. The descriptive approach was used and reference to the literature and previous studies. Moral, Integrity) and another about the level of social responsibility they have, and after making sure of its sincerity and consistency, it was applied to a sample of students in secondary education schools in Farwaniya Governorate in Kuwait, and their number was (170) male and female students. The research concluded that principals of secondary schools whose students’ views were taken enjoy moral leadership with high effectiveness, as they practice ethical principles with their students, the degree of principals’ awareness of the dimensions of moral leadership was high, which contributes to the achievement of administrative goals, and filters this on students’ behaviors, as the results of the study showed. The field study showed the existence of a weak positive relationship between moral leadership and social responsibility. It also showed a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of leadership and social responsibility among students. It recommended the development of a training program for secondary school principals to clarify what ethical leadership is, its importance and the practices associated with it, and linking ethical leadership with its dimensions and its role in achieving Student social responsibility.
