|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن فاعلية توظيف تطبيقات قوقل في إكساب طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى لمهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية، وتحقيقا لذلك صمم الباحث منظومة من التدريبات على خدمات قوقل وفقًا لنموذج خميس للتصميم التعليمي، كما صمم أداتان للدراسة: استبانة، بطاقة مهام، وقد أستخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي على عينة عددها (116) طالب وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة على مقياس مهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية (القبلي والبعدي) تعزى لمتغير التطبيق ولصالح التطبيق البعدي، ويزيد مستوى امتلاك عينة الدراسة لمهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية في التطبيق البعدي عن (80%) كحد أدنى مقبول لمستوى الامتلاك، وتتصف تطبيقات قوقل بفاعلية في إكساب عينة الدراسة لمهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية وفقًا للكسب المعدل البلاك، ويزيد مستوى امتلاك عينة الدراسة لمهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية في بطاقة تقييم المهام عن (80%) كحد أدنى مقبول لمستوى الامتلاك، وتوجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة على مقياسي مهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية، وبطاقة تقييم المهام.
|b The current study aims to reveal the effectiveness of employing Google applications in gaining students of the Faculty of Education of Al Aqsa University for personal knowledge management skills. The researcher designed a systematic training on Google services according to the Khamis educational design model, and two study tools: a questionnaire and a tasks evaluation card. The researcher used the semi-experimental research design. A sample of 116 student teachers participated in the study. The study reached the following results: there were statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average responses of the study sample on the pre and post questionnaire of personal knowledge management skills attributed to the used Google applications and for the benefit of post- questionnaire. Also, the sample's level of possession of personal knowledge management skills in after the employment of Google applications exceeds (80%). In addition, Google applications were effective in gaining sample study skills for personal knowledge management according to Black's adjusted earnings. In addition, the study sample's level of possession of personal knowledge management skills in the task assessment card exceeds (80%). Also, a statistically significant relationship exists at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample responses on scale: PKM skills and task assessment card.
