المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة المعرفة في إدارة الاجتماعات من وجهة نظر موظفي البلديات الفلسطينية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسته بالاعتماد على الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة الدراسة من الموظفين الإداريين والماليين والفنيين في بلديات محافظة الخليل البالغ تعدادها (60) واستعيد منها (57) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها: أن البلدية تعتمد على الوسائل التكنولوجية لإيجاد معرفة جديدة وبدرجة كبيرة من آراء المبحوثين. وأن البلدية تحرص على تحليل وتنظيم الأفكار الإبداعية للعاملين لزيادة معارفهم، وتمنح العاملين فرص إكمال الدراسة لإثراء معارفهم وبدرجة متوسطة من آراء المبحوثين. وأن البلدية تعتمد التدوير الوظيفي الهادف لنقل ونشر الخبرات بين العاملين، وتهيئ البلدية المناخ الملائم لتبادل المعرفة بين العاملين في المستويات الإدارية المختلفة وبدرجة متوسطة من آراء المبحوثين. وأنه يتم توظيف المعلومات المكتسبة لدى البلدية في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور وبدرجة كبيرة من آراء المبحوثين. وأن البلدية تفتقر إلى القدرة على قياس العوائد المادية لإدارة المعرفة، وهناك قلة في الالتزام من قبل الإدارة العليا بتطبيق إدارة المعرفة وبدرجة كبيرة من آراء المبحوثين.

The study aimed to know the role of knowledge management in managing meetings from the point of view of Palestinian municipal employees, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method in his study by relying on the questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample of administrative, financial and technical employees in the municipalities of Hebron Governorate, which numbered (60), and (57) were recovered from them. A valid questionnaire for statistical analysis. The study reached several results, the most important of which were: that the municipality relies on technological means to create new knowledge and to a large extent from the opinions of the respondents. And that the municipality is keen on analyzing and organizing the creative ideas of the workers to increase their knowledge, and gives the workers opportunities to complete the study to enrich their knowledge and with a moderate degree of the opinions of the respondents. And that the municipality adopts job rotation aimed at transferring and disseminating experiences among workers, and the municipality creates the appropriate environment for exchanging knowledge between workers at different administrative levels, with a medium degree of opinions of the respondents. And that the information gained by the municipality is used to improve the services provided to the public, with a large degree of opinion from the respondents. And that the municipality lacks the ability to measure the financial returns of knowledge management, and there is a lack of commitment by the senior management to apply knowledge management and to a large extent from the opinions of the respondents.
