المستخلص: يرمي هذا البحث إلى: ١- بناء برنامج قائم على مهارتي التنظيم وتسجيل الملاحظات. ٢- تعرف اثر البرنامج القائم على مهارتي التنظيم وتسجيل الملاحظات في بعض العمليات المعرفية. ولتحقيق مرامي البحث اعتمدت الباحث المنهج الوصفي في بناء البرنامج، والمنهج التجريبي لتعرف أثر البرنامج المقترح، والتصميم التجريبي ذا الحد الأدنى من الضبط، وهو تصميم المجموعة الواحدة عشوائية الاختيار ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي في هذا البحث؛ لكونه أكثر ملاءمة لإجراءاتها. اشتملت عينة البحث على اختيار (۳۱) طالباً وطالبة، بواقع (١٦) طالب، و(١٥) طالبة من قسم العلوم التربوية والنفسية- المرحلة الأولى من مجتمع جامعة الأنبار الدراسة الصباحية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة لتكون هي عينة البحث. واعد البرنامج بما ينسجم مع مهارتي التنظيم وتسجيل الملاحظات، فضلاً عن ذلك اعتمدت الباحثة على منظومة اختبارات فينا للفحص والتقويم النفسي (Vienna Test System) في اختيار أداة بحثها والتأكد من صدقه وثباته، بدأ تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي وتطبيقه عملياً على أفراد العينة يوم (الخميس) الموافق (2/3/2023) وانتهى تطبيق البرنامج في يوم الأحد الموافق (7/5/2023). وقد استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية في هذه الدراسة وهي: اختبار ولكوكسون (Wilcoxon)، معادلة إيتا لقياس حجم الأثر (Effect Size). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي في التذكر والذكاء العام والذكاء اللفظي وسرعة معالجة المعلومات ولصالح الاختبار البعدي، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث استنتجت الباحثة إن للبرنامج التدريبي واستراتيجياته المنبثقة عن مهارتي التنظيم وتسجيل الملاحظات أثر في رفع بعض العمليات المعرفية، وعليه أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

This research aims to: 1-Building a program based on the skills of organizing and recording notes. 2-Identify the effect of the program based on the skills of organizing and recording notes on some cognitive processes. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach in building the program, the experimental approach to determine the impact of the proposed program, and the experimental design with the minimum level of control, which is a single-group, random-choice design with a pre- and post-test in this research. Because it is more convenient for its procedures. The research sample included the selection of (31) male and female students, (16) male and (15) female students from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences- the first stage of the Anbar University community (morning study). They were selected by a simple random method to be the research sample. The program was prepared in a way that is consistent with the skills of organizing and recording notes. In addition, the researcher relied on the Vienna Test System for psychological examination and evaluation in choosing her research tool and ensuring its validity and reliability. The implementation of the training program and its practical application to the sample members began on Thursday, corresponding to (2/3/2023) and the application of the program ended on (Sunday) corresponding to (7/5/2023). The researcher used the following statistical methods in this study: (Wilcoxon test, Eta equation to measure effect size.) The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test in memory, general intelligence, verbal intelligence, and information processing speed, in favor of the post-test. In light of the research results, the researcher concluded that the training program and its strategies emanating from the skills of organizing and recording notes have an effect in increasing some cognitive processes. Accordingly, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposals.
