المستخلص: يهدف البحث الى: 1-بناء المقياس دور مديري المدارس الأساسي في تطوير درس التربية الرياضية بمركز محافظة أربيل من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية. 2-التعرف على دور مديري المدارس الأساسي في تطوير درس التربية الرياضية بمحافظة أربيل من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية. اعتمدت الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته للمشكلة المراد بحثها لتحقيق أهداف، تتكون مجتمع البحث من مدرسي التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في المدارس الأساسي بالتربية المناطق بمركز محافظة أربيل للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) ويتكون من (260) مدرسة والبالغ عددهم (285) مدرسنا قام الباحثان بتقسيم عينة البحث الى جزئيين احدهما للبناء والآخر للتطبيق، حيث بلغ عينة البناء من (116) مدرس وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها (53,70%) ، أما عينة التطبيق بلغت (100) مدرسي وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها (46,29%) من عينة البحث، و عولجت البيانات الإحصائية من خلال برنامج الحاسوب (spss) . وقد استنتج: صلاحية مقياس دور مديري مدارس الأساسي في تطوير درس التربية الرياضية وتشجيع النشاطات الرياضية اللاصفية الذي بناه الباحث على مدرسي التربية الرياضية في مركز محافظة أربيل. هناك اهتمام واضح من قبل مديري المدارس الأساسي في تطوير دروس التربية الرياضية في مركز محافظة أربيل من خلال الاجابات مدرسي التربية الرياضية يكون بمستوى مرتفع جدا

The research aims to: 1- Building the scale: The primary role of school principals in developing the physical education lesson in the Erbil Governorate Center from the point of view of the physical education teachers. 2- Identifying the primary role of school principals in developing the physical education lesson in Erbil Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers. The researchers adopted the descriptive method using the survey method due to its suitability to the problem to be investigated to achieve the objectives. The research community consists of teachers of physical education and sports sciences in basic schools in the education regions in the center of Erbil Governorate for the academic year (2021 - 2022). It consists of (260) schools, numbering (285) teachers. The researchers divided the research sample into two parts, one for construction and the other for application. The construction sample was (116) teachers, with a percentage of (53.70%), while the application sample was (100) teachers, with a percentage of (46.29%) of the research sample. The statistical data was processed through the computer program (spss). It was concluded: The validity of the scale of the role of basic school principals in developing the physical education lesson and encouraging extracurricular sporting activities, which the researcher built on physical education teachers in the Erbil governorate center. There is a clear interest on the part of primary school principals in developing physical education lessons in the Erbil Governorate Center. According to the answers, physical education teachers have a very high level.
