|a لقد أدت التطورات العلمية والتكنلوجية وتطبيقاتها العلمية في ميادين الحياة المختلفة بكل عام وميدان التربية والتعليم بشكل خاص إلى البحث عن احدث الأساليب وطرائق التدريس والتقنيات والبرامج التعليمية لمواكبة متطلبات العصر الحديث بالشكل الذي يتلائم والمدركات العقلية لمختلف المراحل الدراسية، ارتأى الباحثان استخدام تقنيات التعليم ليسهم في التغلب على بعض المشكلات التي يعاني منها تدريسي المادة سواء أكانت مشكلات تتعلق بالمنهج أم بطريقة التدريس، وعليه شرع الباحثان الدخول في هذا الميدان في بحتها الحالي الذي حدد عنوانه بالتي: (اثر تقنيات التعليم في تطوير مهارة التخطيط (الرسم) لطلبة المرحلة المتوسطة) ومن هنا تتجلى أهمية البحث الحالي في: الدور الذي تؤديه تقنيات التعليم في مجال التعليم بوصفها رافدا علميا ومعرفيا يسهم في دفع عجلة التعليم إلى الأمام. وبناء على ما تقدم بهدف البحث الحالي إلى: معرفة أثر تدريس التربية الفنية باستخدام الفلم التعليمي في التحصيل المهاري لطلبة المرحلة المتوسطة. والتحقق من هذا الهدف وضع الباحثان فرضيتين مقريتين لقياس الجانب المهاري المتطلبات هذه المادة. وتكون مجمع البحث من طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة للبنات إذ بلغ حجم عينة الاستبعاد (40) طالبا، موزعين بالتساوي بين قاعتين هما: قاعة (۱) المجموعة التجريبية، وقاعة (۲) المجموعة الضابطة، وقد أجرى الباحثان تكافؤ بين طلاب المجموعتين في المتغيرات الآتية: (العمر الزمني التحصيل الدراسي المعلومات السابقة، الجنس)، وقد شمل البحث أربع فصول هي: الفصل الأول: هو الإطار المنهجي الذي تضمن مشكلة البحث التي تبلورت بالتساؤل التالي: (هل أن تدريس مادة التربية الفنية باستخدام تقنيات التعليم تؤدي إلى الارتقاء بالتحصيل المهاري لطلبة المرحلة المتوسطة). فضلا عن ذلك يحتوي هذا الفصل تعريف المصطلحات التي وردت في العنوان. أما الفصل الثاني الذي شمل الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة. وفي الفصل الثالث تم عرض إجراءات البحث وخطوات إعداد الفلم التعليمي وتطبيق التجربة والوسائل الإحصائية. ولقد أعد الباحثان خططا تدريسية لتدريس المجموعة الضابطة على وفق الطريقة التقليدية، ولغرض تطبيق التجربة درس الباحثان مجموعتي البحث خلال مدة التجربة التي استمرت عشرة أسابيع، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت البيئة بالاختيار المهاري وقياسه بوساطة استمارة تقويم الأداء المهاري للطلبة طبقته قبليا وبعديا أيضا، وقد اتسم الاختبار بالصدق، والثبات، وقوة التمييز، بعد عرضه على لجنة من الخبراء والمتخصصين. وفي الفصل الرابع تم عرض نتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها. ولإظهار نتائج البحث استخدم الباحثان الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: (الاختبار الثاني لعينتين مستقلتين الاختبار الثاني لعينتين مترابطتين، معامل فعالية البدائل معادلة الفا كرونباخ، ومعامل الصعوبة، ومعامل قوة التمييز)، وبعد تحليل النتائج إحصائيا، توصل الباحثان إلى تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية التي درست باستخدام القلم التعليمي، على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة التقليدية، وكان الفرق ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05). وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحثان الاعتماد على الطريقة التدريسية المعدة في البحث التي تدرس على وفق تقنيات التعليم ومن ضمنها الفلم التعليمي وذلك لثبوت فاعليتها في إكساب الطلبة المعلومات وإتقان المهارات الفنية. واستكمالا لهذا البحث، اقترح الباحثان إجراء بحوث أخرى عن هذه الطريقة على عينات في صفوف مختلفة، ومراحل مواد أخرى.

The research complex consisted of students of the intermediate stage for girls, as the size of the sample reached exclusion () students, distributed evenly between two halls: Hall (1) the experimental group and Hall (2) the control group, and the researcher conducted parity between students of the two groups in the following variables: (Age (Chronology, academic achievement, previous information, gender), and the research included four chapters: The first semester: It is the methodological framework that included the research problem that crystallized with the following question: (Does teaching art education using educational techniques lead to an improvement in the skills achievement of middle school students). In addition, this chapter contains the definition of the terms mentioned in the title. As for the second chapter, which covered the theoretical framework and previous studies. In the third chapter, research procedures, steps for preparing an educational film, application of experiment and statistical methods are presented. The researcher prepared instructional plans to teach the control group according to the traditional method, and for the purpose of applying the experiment, the researcher studied the two research groups during the ten-week experiment, and to achieve the research objectives, the environment selected the skills and measured it by means of a questionnaire for evaluating the skill performance of the students, with honesty, constancy, and the power of discrimination, after being presented to a committee of experts and specialists. In the fourth chapter, the results of the study were presented and discussed. To show the results of the research, the researcher used the following statistical methods: (the second test of two independent samples, the second test of two correlated samples, the coefficient of effectiveness of alternatives, the Alpha cronbach equation, the difficulty coefficient, and the strength of discrimination coefficient). After analyzing the results statistically, the researcher reached the superiority of the students of the experimental group that studied using the educational pen, on students of the control group that studied in the traditional way, and the difference was statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05). In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended relying on the teaching method prepared in the research that is taught according to educational techniques, including the educational.
