|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى (التناقض الذاتي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الابتدائية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس (1961 kily كيلي) والذي تم تطبيقه على مجتمع البحث المتمثل بمعلمي ومعلمات المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لمركز محافظة القادسية وللدراسات الصباحية للعام الدراسي (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۱ م). وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (٦٠) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عشوائيا. واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الإحصائية اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف البحث والتوصل إلى نتائج البحث والتي كانت أهمها وجود سمة التناقض الذاتي لدى عينة البحث. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور-إناث). وعلى وفق هذه النتائج قامت الباحثة بوضع عددا من المقترحات والتوصيات.
|b The current research aims to identify the level of (self-contradiction among primary school teachers).To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the Kily 1961 scale, which was applied to the research community represented by teachers of primary schools affiliated to the Qadisiyah Governorate Center and for morning studies for the academic year (2020-2021). The research sample consisted of (60) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly. The researcher used statistical tools to achieve the objectives of the research and reach the results of the research, the most important of which were: 1-Recognizing the existence of the self-contradiction feature in the research sample. 2-Identifying the statistically significant differences according to the gender variable: (males-females) The results of the research showed that the sample to which the self-contradiction scale was applied has self contradiction, and there are no statistically significant differences in the research sample according to the gender variable: (males-females) on the selfcontradiction scale. According to these results, the researcher developed a number of suggestions and recommendations.
