|a أصبح مشروع الدمج المدرسي لفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من بين أهم القضايا المعاصرة في ميدان التعليم والتربية الخاصة، وهو أحد المحاور الأساسية المستجدة في الجزائر بين وزارتي التربية والتعليم ووزارة التضامن والأسرة وقضايا المرأة ، حيث أصدرت العديد من القوانين والإجراءات التنظيمية ابتداء من 1998 إلى غاية 2019 لفتح أقسام خاصة أو مدمجة تهدف إلى إدخال أفراد هذه الفئة مثل أقرانهم العاديين في صفوف عادية أو صفوف ملحقة بمدرسة عادية، لتجسيد مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص وتحقيق المساواة في ظل فكرة تقبل الآخر وذلك بين الطفل العادي والذي يعاني من إعاقة ما . وبالرغم من الجهود المبذولة لا تزال عملية الدمج تعاني العديد من النقائص والمعوقات التي تُعزى في بعض الحالات إلى النصوص والإجراءات التنظيمية المتخذة من طرف الوصاية.
|b The school integration project has become one of the contemporary challenges in the field of education and special education, and it is one of the main emerging axes in Algeria State, between the ministries of Education and Solidarity, Family and Women's Issues, Where they enacted numerous laws and regulatory procedures from 1998 to 2019 to open special or integrated classes aimed at integrating people with special needs with their ordinary peers in regular classes or classes attached to a regular school, in order to embody the principle of equal opportunities and acceptance of the other with his differences, between the normal child and the one who suffers from a disability. However, despite the efforts made, the integration process suffers from many shortcomings and obstacles that are attributed to regulatory texts taken by the stat.
