المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى استكشاف أفضل نموذج بنائي يفسر العلاقات السببية بين التفكير التصميمي كمتغير مستقل والصلابة النفسية كمتغير وسيط، وفاعلية الذات العامة كمتغير تابع، لدى عينة قوامها (٤٢٤) طالبا وطالبة من كلية التربية- جامعة السويس، وطبق عليهم: مقياس التفكير التصميمي (إعداد: الباحثة)، استبيان الصلابة النفسية إعداد: مخيمر (۲۰۱۹)، مقياس فاعلية الذات العامة إعداد: محمود (۲۰۱٦). وأسفرت النتائج عن: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين الذكور والإناث في التفكير التصميمي (الدرجة الكلية وأبعاده) لصالح الإناث فيما عدا بعد التفاؤل، توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين الذكور والإناث في (الصلابة النفسية، فاعلية الذات العامة) الدرجة الكلية وأبعاد كل متغير لصالح الإناث، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا ترجع إلى التخصص (علمي/ أدبي) في متغيرات البحث، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين التفكير التصميمي وكل من الصلابة النفسية وفاعلية الذات العامة، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين الصلابة النفسية وفاعلية الذات العامة (الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد)، كما كشفت النتائج عن أن التفكير التصميمي يؤثر بصورة مباشرة وغير مباشرة في أبعاد الصلابة النفسية وأبعاد فاعلية الذات العامة.

The research aimed to explore the best structural model that explains the causal relationships between design thinking as an independent variable, psychological hardness as intermediate variables and general self-efficacy as a dependent variable, among a sample of (424) male and female students from the Faculty of Education - Suez University. Every student was subjected to; design thinking scale (prepared by the researcher), his psychological hardness questionnaire prepared by Mukhaimer, (2019), and the measure of general self-efficacy, prepared by Mahmoud, (2016). The research reached the following results: There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05) between males and females in design thinking (total score and its dimensions) in favor of females, except for the optimism dimension. In addition, females achieved statistically significant higher scores (P<0.05) in both psychological toughness and general self-efficacy variables regarding total score and each dimension compared to male students. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant difference related to specialization (scientific/ literary) for each of (design thinking, psychological toughness, and general self-efficacy) either for the total score, or dimensions. A statistically significant positive correlation (P<0.05) was found between design thinking and each of the psychological hardness and general self-efficacy. Another statistically significant positive correlation (P<0.01) was found between psychological hardness and public self-efficiency regarding both total score and the dimensions. The results show that design thinking affects directly and indirectly the dimensions of psychological hardiness and the dimensions of general self-efficacy.
