المستخلص: يعد التعليم الإلكتروني أحد أهم التطبيقات التكنولوجية الحديثة وأكثرها انتشارا، وظهرت معه المنصات التعليمية التي أصبحت وسيلة للتعلم يستفيد منها الطلبة ويستخدمونها من أجل تلبية احتياجاتهم وتطوير مهاراتهم وقدراتهم المعرفية. ومن هذا المنطلق جاء هذا البحث لمعرفة دور المنصات التعليمية في تنمية المهارات التكنولوجية. ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بتقسيم الدراسة إلى جانبين: الجانب النظري والجانب التطبيقي، وقد تضمن الجانب النظري ثلاثة فصول كالتالي: الفصل الأول: وهو الإطار المفاهيم الدراسة، حيث تناولنا وهو الإطار لمفاهيم الدراسة حيث تناولنا فيه إشكالية الدراسة، وتساؤلاتها وفرضياتها، أهمية وأهداف الدراسة، تحديد مصطلحات الدراسة وأخيرا الدراسات السابقة والتعقيب عليها. الفصل الثاني: تحت عنوان المنصات التعليمية، يوجد فيه تعريف للمنصات التعليمية، مكوناتها، ومستخدميها وأهميتها بالإضافة إلى إدارة المنصات التعليمية في مؤسسات التعليم. الفصل الثالث: تحت عنوان المهارات التكنولوجية، تطرقنا في هذا الفصل لمفهوم المهارات التكنولوجية، خصائصها، مستوياتها، أهميتها، والأساليب المستخدمة لتعزيزها مع التطرق للمهارات التكنولوجية التي يجب توفرها لدى الطالب في مستقبل تعليمه. أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تضمن فصلين: الفصل الرابع: وهي إجراءات الدراسة الميدانية وتمثلت في حدود ومنهج الدراسة، عينة الدراسة، الأداة المستخدمة في الدراسة، وخصائصها، إجراءات الدراسة، أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية. الفصل الخامس: ويتضمن عرض ومناقشة وتفسير نتائج الدراسة في ضوء فرضياتها وفي ضوء الدراسات السابقة والخروج بمجموعة من المقترحات.

E-learning is one of the most important and widespread modern technological applications, and with it educational platforms have emerged that have become a means of learning that students benefit from and use in order to meet their needs and develop their skills and cognitive abilities. From this standpoint, this research came to know the role of educational platforms in developing technological skills. For this purpose, we divided the study into two parts: the theoretical side and the applied side. The theoretical side included three chapters as follows: The first chapter: which is the framework for the concepts of the study, where we dealt with and it is the framework for the concepts of the study, in which we dealt with the problem of the study, its questions and hypotheses, the importance and objectives of the study, defining the terms of the study and finally the previous studies and commenting on them. The second chapter: Under the title of educational platforms, there is a definition of educational platforms, their components, their users and their importance, in addition to the management of educational platforms in educational institutions. Chapter Three: Under the heading of technological skills, we have touched in this chapter on the concept of technological skills, its characteristics, levels, importance, and the methods used to enhance it, with an address to the technological skills that must be available to the student in the future of his education. As for the applied side, it included two chapters: The fourth chapter: which is the field study procedures, represented in the limits and methodology of the study, the study sample, the tool used in the study, and its characteristics, the study procedures, and the statistical treatment methods. Chapter Five: It includes presenting, discussing and interpreting the results of the study in the light of its hypotheses and in the light of previous studies and coming up with a set of proposals.
